The staff is very friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long for my car. The reservation system on the website makes everything so easy.
I couldn’t keep my reservation and didn’t have my original email from Icon but their customer service was outstanding they refunded my money and I would use them again for sure .

I bought my booking as a guest
I bought my booking as a guest. The attendant was having trouble scanning my reservation, so they took the phone from me and refreshed the page, losing my reservation in the process. They then proceeded to charge me again, no matter how many times I explained that the attendant lost my booking and that I already paid. I could not get back to the reservation because I had no email from Icon and the attendant refreshed the page.

parking site your invoices twice do not go to this site icon
Be careful, this site is not serious compared to the others that I was able to book since my stay. I was billed twice. staff who work in the parking lot don't even notice you
am asking for a refund until now, no response from them. Avoid this site is not serious.

You must begin parking by the arrival time indicated on your reservation. We advise prior to booking that additional costs may apply if you begin parking after your reservation arrival time.

I felt safe leaving my care and felt my safety was not compromised. I will definitely continue to use Icon and recommend them to everyone.
