The parking garage was conveniently located to my destination and easy to access, it was clean, and the staff friendly and professional. The check-in and check-out was smooth through the bar coding, and my car was ready on time. I was in and out in no time!

Very easy and positive experience!
The whole thing was seamless. I booked a parking spot for the weekend online, when we showed up I showed the guy the QR code - he sent me a text with a ticket to pick the car up again at the end of the weekend and then we left it with him. When we came back on Sunday he was super quick to bring the car back. We will use this garage again.

The attendant at pick-up had no record of us leaving the car and did not have access to the reservation that was paid for. He did not want to acknowledge the confirmation email shown to him.
After near 15 minutes he finally threw up his hands and capitulated with our argument.

I accidentally made my reservation in the lot. The atttendants checked me into the wrong lot and when I came back to get my car charged me 70.00 dollars rather than my 24 dollar reservation. They said pretty much to bad.
