Appalling

Appalling. The shoes do not fit. I was led to return them the next day, they asked to to take photographs of them! I have never ever done this before.
They are trying to make me swap for a different pair. I have never dealt with such an awful company. Beware!! The trainers arrived an a battered box with no labels, not what they tell you on the site.

Hello Liz,

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

We would like to clarify that requesting photos is part of our standard internal policy for all return-related requests. This allows us to verify the condition of the item upon arrival and review the most appropriate resolution.

After reviewing the photos provided, we confirmed that the sneakers appeared unworn and in good condition. As an international retailer, we routinely explore alternative solutions before proceeding with international returns, as return shipping costs and logistics are typically the responsibility of the customer and can be both costly and time-consuming.

Our intention was never to prevent a return request, but rather to review all available options first and help find the most suitable solution.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that our process did not meet your expectations.
