Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 53 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers consistently praise the staff for being helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient, often going above and beyond to assist with repairs and data transfers. The service is frequently described as brilliant, fast, and trustworthy, with many appreciating the quick turnaround times for repairs and the honest diagnoses provided. Reviewers often highlight that issues are quickly identified and fixed, sometimes even without charge, leading to high satisfaction with the repairs. However, some customers report significant dissatisfaction with rude and incompetent assistants, leading to poor and costly service experiences. There are also concerns about product quality, with reports of screens disabling devices, incorrect parts being fitted, and products failing shortly after repair, suggesting that genuine parts might be replaced with cheaper alternatives. Additionally, some reviewers mention issues with pricing, being overcharged, or experiencing unexpected costs.

Avoid Worthing iCrack at All Costs!

I had cracked the glass of my iphone but been using it with a cracked glass for around 4-5 months with no problems. Saw iCrack had opened in Worthing so took my phone in for a new glass. At first the home button would not work at all so I took it back. Second attempt the proximity sensor was damaged and the audio chip failed so no one could hear me when using the phone. Ended up having to go to Brighton to buy a new iPhone.

Hi

We don't have a store in Worthing, I would advise you to contact your bank and trading standards, pursue legal options, and file an online money claim to get your loss back.

Thank you.

My ipad pro could not charge

My ipad pro could not charge. Apple said it was not possible to fix as parts not available to them. Said to buy new version. Went to iCrack in Bath and they took only 20minutes to fix problem by quick service maintenance. Brilliant and nice guys too. Thanks.

After having my iPhone trodden on and smashed i was in Southampton for a short break and came across this shop. I thought it’s worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised.
After 45 minutes my phone had a band new screen. I was very happy. Fast, efficient, and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service from Bournemouth branch. Took ipad in for replacement screen at 9.15am and received a phone call at 12.15 advising completed. They checked thoroughly to ensure everything working satisfactory before leaving. The staff were most friendly and professional. Fully recommend. Thank you very much

I stupidly managed to drop my iPad on the floor and crack the glass, although it still worked fine, but quite badly cracked in multiple places. Apple wanted to charge me an insane amount of money to fix it. After searching online I found iCrack and decided to give them a go. I backed up the iPad to iCloud, blanked it, and posted it off Royal Mail Special Delivery on a Tuesday. Today, Thursday (two days later), it's back in my hands seemingly as good as new. I blanked it a second time and restored from iCloud. Easy.
The ordering process was a little quirky maybe, it might be improved if they had a nice repair voucher to print off or something, but I can't fault the turn around speed or the price or the quality. 5 stars from me.

When Apple told me the repair to the lens on an iPhone 11 would be £400, these guys said £60 and done in an hour.
Fantastic service, will certainly be back in future.
Would recommend to anyone 👍

Would definitely use again

I recently had an iPad screen repaired by iCrack. I came across them on Google and they looked professional enough, and their website was clear with transparent pricing and details of the process involved in sending the iPad through the post. I put an order in, sent if off one day, it arrived 2 days later fully repaired and has worked beautifully since. Definitely recommended.
