It was great to have a test run on the bikes. I wanted a folding electric bike and they had 7 or 8 of them to try out on a nice little circuit that included a hill. Unless you can compare, you don’t know which is the best for you and it was my third bike trial that showed me that this was the most suitable bike for me. Really enjoying using the bike.

I found ibike very helpful with me and allowed me to try any of there bikes for as long as i needed before i decided to purchase one,

Professional and friendly team. Time to try out different bikes on quiet roads and hill nearby. Nick knows his stuff and sorted out a good deal to get us set up with two ebikes and helmets, lock, spare inner tubes and even repair kit and levers.

The bikes were set up immaculately within 2 days and Sarah and Ian helped us carefully load the car. Good range of stock that's there and waiting - a great experience.

Contacted Icycleelectric about a bike on their website and had great help from Nick who checked the size for me and gave really good advice about the bike and informed me that I would have to put some parts on when delivered.
Purchased the bike which came on time and was very well packed. A small part was missing from the factory and Icycleelectric sent me a replacement right away. I was also offered help from them if I needed talking through anything i was unsure of. Great shop and team who I would thoroughly recommend

From the outset of getting my new bike I was impressed. It was delivered within 2 days of ordering it and was assembled and ready to ride away. I have been on it every day since then. It is easy to get on and pedal away.. It is very hilly where I live and the gears and the controls are easy to use.

This is everything you’d want in an e-bike shop: a good range to suit all budgets, knowledgeable staff and really helpful, friendly service. We bought two bikes and feel confident that the after-sales service will be just as good

Bought an Apache folding bike for my wife. Very competitive price (£250 cheaper than Rutland Cycles). Arrived in a couple of days. The brake cables needed switching round as they were continental (front brake on the left hand caliper) and the manual is in Czech. Otherwise all good.

went to icycle with lots of questions on mid-frame motors and battery etc nick was very helpful with his knowledge on electric bikes I took two mountain bikes out on test and chose a carratec with a bosch mid power motor and I am thrilled to bits with my purchase thanks to nick and Sarah for all there help would recommend this company if any one is wanting a good honest deal on electric bikes

We'd been looking for a while, and tried a high street bike store and felt a bit bemused. one day we thought lets take a drive out to Clitheroe, there's a little bike shop there. found great people, let us try several bikes, no problem, chatted and discussed, found a couple of bikes, bought and delivered. Great service, great people, go try them.

I went into Icycle with little knowledge of what I wanted.
Ian talked me through the bikes without any pressure and allowed me to take one home for the weekend. When I took the bike back on the Monday I knew this was the bike for me. Collected my new bike on the Friday and couldn't be happier.
Four of my friends are impressed by my new bike and are looking to make a purchase there.

Unfortunately, just look to be box shifters. The box containing my cycle was still sealed as it left the factory. I was expecting the bike to have been checked over and given a PDI.
As it is the brakes need to be changed over to be UK compliant and the gears are slipping on the first outing. Paid an additional £60 just to move the box from their premises to mine and now going to cost me more to have the brakes and gears sorted.

We have been waiting for this model to become available locally and would have preferred to purchase locally. Unfortunately we were advised that local availability would not be until July 2021 at the earliest. Rather a long way to travel to from Suffolk to Lancashire to collect in person...
Further note regarding delivery of 2nd bike - I clearly requested delivery after 20/04/2021, as we were away for a few days. It was delivered today...
Hopefully when our local cycle specialist has carried out a PDI and necessary adjustments, the bikes will serve us well!!

I searched for a fold-up ebike for some time before I found I Cycle. I was able to test ride one at the shop and another was delivered to my home to try out for several days. I was impressed by the pre-sale customer service and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I found Ian and Sarah friendly and honest and willing to go the extra mile. Thankyou to both.

My partner and I decided to invest in an electric bike after his heart attack. We went to e-cycle and were allowed to 'test-ride' some cycles before deciding to purchase two Apache Electric Bikes. Excellent pre-purchase advice if you have never tried an electric bike before, and a quick turn around time from purchase to the bikes being ready for us. Highly recommend this retailer .

Just had our ebike delivered by Ian to say we are happy is an understatement. The service provided by I Cycles has been top class from start to finish. We will be recommending them to all our friends.

I've just bought an e bike from icycle and could not reccomend this company enough. I dealt with Ian mainly by phone and could soon tell that icycle are not just there to sell you a bike. The service was first class with both knowledge and honesty. As I wanted the bike before Christmas, with only about 2 weeks to go they explained that they could send it by courier but they would hate for me to not get it in time or anything to be damaged or I could collect it from Clitheroe and be sure to get it on time and in perfect condition. I chose the collection option but as it's about a 2hr 45 min drive from me Ian offered to meet me part way on a day where he would be travelling 40 mins from me which was a great help to me.
With good communication all the way I met him and. can say that he was a really genuine and knowledgable guy and I left feeling really confident with the purchase. I would definitely recommend this company . Great job.

We went to see ibikes on a recommendation after we had seen four other electric bike shops and couldn’t buy a bike until March 2021 at the earliest. The service and test rides were brilliant, Ian even went so far as to bring two bikes over to Blackpool from clitheroe so that we could test the over the weekend. We have bought two electric bikes with a lot of accessories , they were delivered yesterday, we could not be happier, and the help and service was absolutely excellent, thank you both very highly recommended.
