I bought my first E bike from Icycle today in Clitheroe. Nick could not have been more helpful. He went through everything with me and helped me put the bike in my car. Fantastic customer service. I feel very safe that if I have any difficulties they are on the other end of the phone. Great bike Great service.

Bought an e bike from I cycle a couple of months ago. Excellent service, tried a few in the shop. full explanation on how to use. I bought a folding one and its great to pop in the car as well as just nip out to the shops. I now do more cycling as it helps with those Yorkshire hills!

Thoroughly recommend this bike shop, very knowledgeable staff, excellent service and no pressure sales. Time and effort put in by the staff to ensure you are matched to the right bike. I got to try them out and even borrow overnight so you can have a proper test ride ... very important as they all perform differently. Absolutely love my Apache Wakita Tour and am looking forward to covering many miles and getting fitter into the bargain . Thank you Ian, Jane and Sarah 😁

An excellent buying experience.The different types of e bike drives were explained and you can test ride any bike., Superb.After trying several out I went with a mid drive MTB cross by Apache, having now rode it several times it's just brilliant, makes the riding experience much more enjoyable..you've got to try one and don't hesitate to buy from icycle electric, you won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased an Apache Electric Mountain bike from I-cycle in Cltheroe. Ian was extremely helpful and even built up another Apache bike for me to test ride whilst I was there, so that I could be sure it was the right bike for me. I am loving my new bike and can now beat my husband up the hillls which is very satisfying. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending I-Cycle and I would say to anyone considering an E Bike to get one they are amazing.

I bought my electric bike from I Cycle Electric at Clitheroe and found the staff very helpful and knowledgable. I bought a EZ3 Go fold up bike which l love riding with my Grandson, I can keep up now. The man at the shop spent a good half hour explaining everything and showing me how to fold and unfold the bike. Overall very happy with my purchase.
