At first, it seemed good but when I took my second picture (passport) there the fraudulent action started. They withheld my picture for 7 days and yet , still I have not receive the passport picture. They say « it will be sent by post/mail but all lies »

I can't believe how quick and easy it was to use the website.
Being a wheelchair user it's not possible for me to go out alone so being able to do it online has made my life so much easier. Simple easy instructions to follow and that's it just approve the photos and your done and if your not happy retake them. Brilliant!

Scam! Hidden subscription fee!
Like all of the other bad reviews, I paid £2.90 for a passport photo. Only to see an attempt to take £39.90 out of my account. This company is fully aware that they don’t make customers aware of this subscription fee. They’re clearly running a scam and hoping that you won’t notice! Thankfully, I paid via Monzo who were quick to decline the payment and issue me with a new card.

Thieving lying scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS placed order on 15th was supposed to be here yesterday because I cancelled the subscription of £40 they cancelled my order and now I’m without a driving licence. Contacted twice by email on 15th and 16th and then called today as hasn’t arrived the woman was hard to understand, rude and deceptive admitted something and then back tracked absolutely seething terrible behaviour an atrocious customer service they’re a scam company out for what they can get!!!

Illegally signed me up for a subscription service when all I bought was a photo - I’ve sent this to trading standards and my bank as fraudulent activity. This company are fraudsters - please do not buy anything from them or sign up for anything as they take a lot of money out of your account !

Beware of hidden subscription trap
This company managed to make me subscribe to their service so subtly that I was unaware of it. I only realised when a large payment was taken from my bank account.
Following the reply from ID Photo, I would like to suggest that they revise the appearance of their website and highlight very clearly their offer of subscription ensuring that customers understand and have the option to refuse it. Given the number of complaints about this issue, I am surprised (!) that they have not already done so.

Scammers, paid 2.90 for a photo no mention of subscription after that only realised when bank stopped payment. Absolute scammers. Emailed them to not up attempt any more payments from my bank or there would be chargebacks.

I only wanted a photograph for a bus…
I only wanted a photograph for a bus pass as I'm a pensioner and paid the fee, I was then charged nearly£40 for a subscription that I did not need or ask for, when reading the print further on, it stated that if you did not unsubscribe within 48 hours, you would be automatically enrolled.
This information should have been made clearer and at the start of the process,not further down the email.

I only needed a passport photo and paid my £2.90 but somehow got signed up to a subscription service of £40 a month? I have no emails or receipts detailing I signed up to this service as there is no way I would have signed up to that! Not only that, when searching for this ‘subscription’ id apparently signed up for the subscription was noted for the 22nd April but you tried to take the fee 15th April! Luckily my bank caught it and stopped the transaction! DO NOT USE!

I paid £2.90 to be able to print my own photo using my printer and my ink, I merely needed the format, I saw no mention of a subscription so was surprised to see £39.90 taken from my account two days later.
