Its a scam after the first time of down loading songs you cant log in and it takes your money every month

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Very strange experience, site looks good, but is actually super limited musically compared to other DJpools for the same money. Then after downloading a few songs I wasn't able to log in for over a week, then their customer service refused me a refund (they do not refund as a company policy be warned) and assured me I would have a month free instead. They have since just closed my account on the site without giving me the free month promised. I see another review calling it a good idea badly done and I agree. Its a nice concept run by the wrong people - AVOID IT. Use DJcity or ZIPdj instead. UPDATE - THEY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME AND ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR A REFUND! SCAM!!

Good concept not well executed. I signed up, then for 10 days couldn't get access to the site. I emailed them and it took a comment on a social media post to get a response out of them, which took another 5 days. When I got fed up and asked for a refund they refused and offered me an additional month free - because that solves me wasting my money doesn't it. There are many better sites for this kind of music, both paid and free.

I am honestly shocked by how poorly ID by Rivoli handles subscriptions and customer support. I cancelled my subscription months ago, yet they continue to charge me every single month. I’ve been emailing them day after day trying to get this resolved, but I either get no reply or get redirected somewhere else with no actual help.

It’s unacceptable to keep charging customers for a service they no longer use, especially when they’ve clearly cancelled. The lack of communication is equally frustrating — no confirmation, no support, nothing. I’ve now been overcharged multiple times, and despite reaching out constantly, the issue is still not resolved.

I truly hope they improve their customer service and billing system, because right now, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

I canceled my account months ago, and they keep trying to charge me every single month. This is unacceptable. Every time there’s money in my card, they try to withdraw it, which feels like they are literally stealing from me. I had to leave my card with no balance just to stop unauthorized charges. Please stop charging me immediately and remove my payment details from your system.

It’s super great to have record pool especially for edits with new musics, so you can always be up to dates and sometimes even ahead of the curve!

Really useful tool as a DJ to find fresh edits and remixes of current tracks to bring something different to my sets. Plus there’s loads of new tracks added every month and I like that they started doing more genre than afro house. Always goes down a treat in my sets when I can surprise the crowd with one of these IDs. Merci!
