On 4th Aug I asked about a px deal( No reply)
Around a week later asked for a test drive of the same car Ford Mondeo via the online system ( No reply)
Looked again to see car reserved I now see the car re-advertised . If that is ideal cars customer service before purchase I dread to think what it will be like after purchase.

Pick up and drop off by the drivers of ideal was great text messages when they were on the way and great communication from Danny letting me know when to message him
Over all a great service and after using them for the first time will know always use them for airport runs and also domestic ones as well.
