That is not the real issue though: that is I have my concerns regarding build quality BUT the real dealbreaker is that they are shamelessly insincere about their delivery times. You can choose between carriers, promised time varies between 2-5 days. That’s a bold face lie though: everything I order takes WEEKS to arrive. Not cool.

The phone cases are nice but the material is cheap and doesnt last at all.I bought two and they both broke.It doesnt protect the phone and they are way too expensive since they have low quality material.

My order came really fast and in a nice…
My order came really fast and in a nice package. The bag itself is really nice but it is smelling terribly to synthetics that I cannot still use it.
I am leaving it everyday in open air so it loses its smell. I really like this brand but I am a bit disappointed in this case …

Golden tip: the metal plate you have to put on the inside of your case for the ring mount to make it stick better is not compatible with the QI charger. Customer service confirms this but does nothing about it. So choose one of the two.

There is no metal plate in the middle of our cases because we want them to be compatible with QI charging. You must therefore use the included metal plate if you want to attach the mount in the middle of the case.
You can still attach your mount everywhere on the case except in the middle, even without the extra metal plate.

What a bad order process and follow-up
“Good” customers service for a bad order process.
Kind people — without feelings like an IA — not really able to manage the follow-up of my order.
One month after I made it, I’ve still not have been delivered.
Only solutions : resend the order (so maybe in one month or more I will have it) or resend the funds.
What a nice commercial sense.

Pretty but poor quality
I bought a phone case with matching holder, but unfortunately the holder has a slight pinkish tint to it, so it doesn’t look like it matches unfortunately.
The case dropped once from a low height and is already starting to crack, it seems it’s not made for a heavy phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max) in this case.
The case also doesn’t properly protect most edges of the phone, I don’t quite understand why it’s done this way.
All in all the quality does not seem worth the high price, I’ve had cheaper cases that lasted way longer. It’s a pity because the cases are extremely pretty, but it seems that’s the only plus.

Love the case, long delivery
Love the design and fit of the case. The case is a bit higher in the back which protects the cameras. I have got no negative remarks about the case itself.
The only unfortunate thing is that the delivery took about two weeks.

When I have ordered it, I thought it looks like a nice clutch, I had the pleasent surprise that the phone case has a magnetic back and is easily detachable from the clutch which also has a magnet - it works perfectly with my car magnetic phone holder as well
