The service isn't really great
I've never received my order as it was returned and I've been waiting almost a month for the refund, you said 21 days I've been waiting 26 days and was told that it would take 21 days more. I am very disappointed, I was recommended your brand by several influencers from your Black Friday campaign, your product does look good but the service isn't really great.

Stylish and good quality
I have quite some products from Ideal of Sweden and I love every single one of them. They are beautiful, good quality, reasonable priced and unique. If you like stylish phone accessories this is the place to buy them.
1 star less because shipping to where I live does take quite some time. If it would arrive in a few days I’d definitely rate 5 stars!

Wrong color
The color of the “accessoire ring” was completely off :-( I ordered a gold and silver one and it came in rose-gold with silver...
I tried to take a picture of it to send it to customer care but on camera it looks fine lol
The quality of the phone cases on the other hand are pretty good. Colors are okay but I did expect more of the marble one.
Delivery was fast which is nice 😊

Great products, but delivery delay and limited customer service
I love the products and I am very satisfied with the quality. But this time the delivery took almost 2 weeks and at the customer service I could only reach the chat bot which told me that I could only inquire further after 14 days have passed.

I give you 1 star because the products look awesome with nice colours and designs but the chargers I got are not functionning properly and they charge super slowly, it is also difficult to find the right spot on it to set the phone. In addition, not all of your customers speak Dutch. Emails and website in English and/or French would have been greatly appreciated. Thank you
