I am extremely disappointed
I am very unsatisfied with your product.
I received the Atelier case for iPhone 11, and after only one month, the protective case has completely broken from the side edge, exposing my phone, and now it's completely unprotected.
As well, screen protector has cracked, leaving a very unpleasant line when viewing my screen.
Finally, the bottom of the case has cracked as well.
I'm very upset because I payed $145.00 for a case that has clearly not lived up to its expectations.

Very poor return policy
Very poor return policy. I received a package from Ontario, Canada and since it was not the right case, I should return it to Sweden, assuming fees of 42$cdn. It makes no sense. Very disappointed.

Different to the photo
I received a product that looked different to the photo online. It had a different logo. I contacted customer service and they seemed completely ok with misleading customers, saying it was an old logo and to be expected. I wouldn’t have bought the product if I knew exactly what I was getting.

Poor Experience
Hi there, my original purchase was cancelled as the website stated stock when in fact there was no stock. When I re-ordered I was not able to apply the 20% discount provided for the inconvenience. When the product arrived the phone carrying case was the wrong size.
This experience was not positive at all. I have a n incorrect phone carrying case, it was a Mother’s Day present, sadly disappointed.
