Case is beautiful on the back but otherwise there are issues
Case is beautiful on the back and looks like leather, but the sides of the case are a different material which I did not expect. As well, the top and bottom of the case are open and not very protective for the phone and it looks like the company cheaped out on doing a full case. I ordered a case for an iPhone XR and the camera opening is the same size as the iPhone 11 shown online. I expected a smaller opening that doesn’t draw attention that my model only has one camera lens not two. For these reasons I only gave a 3-star review. I hope the company can design a beautiful case that is both pretty and protective, as well as functional.

Most good some bad
I ordered a case, magnetic ring, charging chord and charging bank. I was super happy about all of the products until my 4 year old daughter got to my charging bank and dropped it. It broke after just one drop out of her hand that’s only like a foot from the ground so not very high at all. If it wasn’t for that product I would have given 5 stars for sure!

Unhappy with customer service & product
Overall I haven’t had a good experience with this company. A strong lack of customer service, no way to reach people over the phone or chat as it was never working. The bag I bought was much smaller than I expected and couldn’t be returned to the city it came from just an hour from me but had to be sent back to Sweden at my cost. The website said 30 days to return but the actual policy is 14 days. I’m stuck and wasted money on something I won’t use. There should be transparency on the website as it is currently very deceiving. It makes returns look easy which is the reason I made the purchase. Other reviews are saying it cost them $70 to return their purchases...this is crazy. Especially when the bag was shipped to me locally. Please be transparent!
