I have now the product with me and I am very happy for it.
But I still think Ideal of Sweden must have a contact number and a visual email on their website

1. The delivery was delayed - almost 1 month. Order was done 15th Dec 2020 and it arrived 11th January 2021. (Added to that, orders were intended for christmas gifts but alas, didn’t arrive on time).
2. When the package arrived, one of the wallets have scratches and was obviously used - there are evidences of markings and scratches and damages that showed that it’s NOT a new product, but a used one.
Suggestion for improvement: inspect products before packing and shipping!
3. Poor customer support. First, the chat support was not helpful and just said that they can see that the package has not been sent from factory yet, and then nothing else. Regarding the scratches and evidences of a used product, I received an autoreply that they will look at the case and in the meantime sent me links of their products if I would like to buy more products. What a bad and tacky response to a customer with a claim case. The best would be to be more classy and really understand when is the right time to do marketing and when it is needed to address customers’ needs (like this time) and not just automatically go for marketing stuffs to push for more orders.

In summary: delayed delivery, poor quality for a pricey product and unsatisfactory customer service.

Total lack of service from this company.
We ordered two items back in november during black friday and has still not recieved them after a month!

The money are paid back in november as well and customer service returns with regrets, and explain that some orders is “hanging” from black friday.

We’ve been writing to the company many times, has still not recieved our order and paid the money.

At the website they have had a banner in december “order your christmas presents” - I wish you good luck with that, orders from black friday is hanging, so the present may arrive at March!

The poorest service i have ever experienced , i placed an order 20 days ago and got to know that it would delivered 3 days. 3 days went by and still didnt recieve it , got to know its due to Black friday and i patiently waited and tried to be in contact with the customer service, but they told its on the Way. A week after still didnt recieve and got to know that i would recieve it the coming week which has passed and still havnt recieved i contact the customer service again and after 20 days being told that it is delivered to the wrong place, so hadnt i contacted for the fourth time, i wouldnt have known! The enployee placed an new order again saying she doesnt know when i Will recieve my parcel! This is the poorest customer service ive ever gotten and highly disappointed as we always placing orders from you! Definately last time im buying something from here!

Haven’t always had good experiences with Ideal Of Sweden. The products are ok, not as high end as they look online. Customer service is probably the worst I experienced but I also lived in Dubai where customer service is at its best. Scandinavia and Sweden can learn a bit
