Delivery time ridiculously extended, no efficient contact with client service
Delivery time was supposed to be "slightly impacted" due to amount of orders. I can understand that, but I am waiting already 13 days and the order was supposed to be delivered within 2-6 days. There is no phone number to call client service, automatic response says they will get back to me within 3-4 days, which will be already too late as this was supposed to be a Christmas present and I am leaving the country soon.
