Horrible customer service
I placed my order for 2 scrub tops with matching pants on May 1st and received a confirmation that same day. When I had not heard anything by May 13th, I sent an email requesting an update. Nothing. I sent another email on 5/20, threatening to cancel my order if I did not receive news of shipment by the next day. I finally received a reply, saying they had shipped the tops, but the pants were no longer available. Scrub tops without matching pants are useless to me. If they’d advised me they could not supply the pants, I would have canceled the entire order. Fortunately the pants are still available from other retailers. I just have to hope the navy dye lots match. This, obviously, will be my last order from Ideal Uniforms.

My son order the gym short pant $14.99
My son order the gym short pant $14.99. But the shipping is almost $9 for it. Is too much & my son done order on the website without asking me. Is too late & your website is too old & no way to make the cancellation. In two day we received the pant. Is not fair to have a expensive shipping for school uniform. Your company should alert & this is not the way to do business.
