The brands you provide constantly change. When I order the same size clothing as I had only a few months prior, the fit is totally different. It is very hard to know what to buy when the brands are not consistent. My daughter’s shirt is about 5” longer than her current one…awful.

I gave 4 stars because the ordering on line was easy and I received the items sooner than expeditated and in good condition

Sent wrong color pants. When called for return lable was told that i ordered that color, and it was not their policy to provide a label ID it was not their fault. It cost me $5.00 to return. NOT HAPPY!
It seems that returning is a problem. Unless necessary will go elsewhere.

After purchasing my order from ideal uniforms I received a receipt. I received no follow up email about my orders estimated shipping or delivery time. A week later I called for an update and had been informed that my order had been shipped & apparently delivered. I have not received my order. Ideal uniforms did not help or accommodate me, instead they directed me to contact USPS who informed me the address my order was shipped to was not the same address I have put in my order for billing.

I still do not have my order & I have received the email with the link to my delivered tracking twice.

Order were placed and received within 2 business days.

The website is slow to load this is why they lost a point. Other than that the items were shipped and delivered before time. I was very impressed with that

Can't believe I haven't gotten my order its been a month. Haven't even gotten a confirmation email or anything. I ordered 3 short pants and now my son can't use them because its getting cold out. This company needs to reply to customers so we can know what's going on. Can't even cancel my order because no response.

(Update 10/26/2021 received a 2 lb priority mail package today which I am sure has partial shipment once more, bring the parcel to my senator's office to open).
Paid in full for all my uniform needs on August 20, 2021 I received a few items in one shipment from my order in September, however until today's date nothing. I am a terminally ill client who needs more clothing so there's only once a week dry cleaning/wash to be done. (2 months is a long time to wait for a purchase to arrive)

Ideal is now pretending all my purchases were mailed on 08/31/2021, not true to any of the claim. I have the enclosed Letter"Order Have Been Partially Shipped" .. trying to upload.

(Update- 11/24/2021: my child saw and opened the parcel(10/26/2021)which contained; 1skirt,1 shorts and1sweater. The content came with a receipt.. $79, to appear as if I had just purchased them/ alone; this brought the total items received to 9/14. Ideal Uniform Store can never expect a cent of my money ever again.. a hard lesson to learn. Thank God I have only 1 minor child).

I am very unhappy I have not received any of the items I ordered but yet I kept receiving it mails to fine my review I would like to know where are the items I ordered

Both my orders for Ideal Uniform items were cancelled! I really could have used those uniform shirts since there is a shortage and severe delays in the supply chain. If they were not available, they should not have been listed - PERIOD!

I place an order on 9/4 and now I'm being told shipping takes up to 3-4 weeks!! Ridiculous! I emailed the company yet no response. If I would've known it would take this long I would've gone to the store personally. you guys have to do better providing better customer service. My order number is 100130212.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I want a FULL REFUND!!!
I placed an order on Aug 26th, my order status still says "Still Processing." What do you expect my child to wear for school!! (They only allows uniforms) My order totaled to $187.91 Order# 100127140 I been calling the company for week now at (718) 252-5090 and is immediately placed on hold. No one answers, the call then disconnects. Unbelievable!!!! To make this situation worse, this company doesn't responds to emails either!!!!!! And when you leave a voice message their agents don't call you back like they promise. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO MY SON'S SCHOOL!!!! NEW VISIONS CHARTER HS to inform them that this company is UNPROFESSIONAL AND TO NOT TO REFER THEM TO US PARENTS. Shame on you IDEALUNIFORM! At the end of the day, this affects the children because THEY are the ones that NEED THESE UNIFORMS!!!! Shame on you Idealuniforms! Worst customer service ever, will be reaching out to my son's school first thing in the morning.

Terrible experience. I placed an order and then chased up where it was and when I could expect it. NO RESPONSE. After many many attempts to get any sort of communication going... NOTHING.
Now I want to cancel and get a refund. No Response.

Also waiting for refund on a previous order that they received last week: 100126775. - Again silence. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
The lack of communication is the most annoying. I just want a refund, I am now advising other parents not to order through this company who obviously can't handle the start of a school year.
