Have had the pleasure of doing repeat business with Ideal window systems to fit double glazed windows throughout our house. A smooth operation is run by the company as we were always kept updated throughout the whole process from placing the order right through to fitting. The fitters have been fantastic - professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. We felt comfortable having them in our home. Can’t be said for all tradesmen but their work is clean as they tidy up after themselves leaving your home spotless after each days work. They also fitted a new roof on a conservatory for my grandparents who were equally satisfied. Could not recommend these guys enough if you want a hassle free and professional job doing.

Ideal Windows were both very friendly and professional right from the start. The work was carried out to a very high standard - I don't think you could get better - and with the minimum of mess or inconvenience to ourselves.

Really happy with our new front door and the changes to our frosty glass in conservatory. Would definitely recommend the team at ideal to anyone in the area. Great service from start to finish and easy to communicate with throughout.

Really impressed with Ideal Windows. Had three windows replaced in April. Excellent price, great communication and extremely professional. This is the second time I have used them as I had a composite door and porch windows previously. Would definitely recommend and I will be having the other windows done next year.

From my initial telephone enquiry and then subsequent site visit from Gary I found a professional and very knowledgable team who answered all my queries and came up with viable solutions for my older property. The replacement door and windows were fitted promptly and sympathetically. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a new composite door fitted to replace my old and weary one. From start to finish I found them very professional and extremely competitive for price too! I absolutely love the door and it was fitted perfectly and really quickly and they left the job spick and span too. Highly recommend.

Ideal Windows have just finished replacing all of my windows and doors. From start to finish they have been outstanding, very polite and professional. Quality of product was great and they offered a very competitive price too.

Edit: To reply to the response below, the window didn’t leak before and now it does. To say it’s not the window is a cop-out and not what I’d expect from such an expensive service. Like I said in my review below, best to go with a company that makes good afterwards.

Unfortunately the service we received has been disappointing. We’re now left with a badly leaking window that has now cracked the wooden sill underneath and the responsibility of sorting it all out ourselves. For the price we paid (which was way more expensive than the company we would have gone with if they had availability) I wouldn’t be expecting to have to cover significant remedial works inside and out.

We’ve talked to them about it and heard excuses, but all that matters to us is that the window didn’t leak before we had the work done and now it does. We’ve also spoken to several other trade people who have independently pointed out issues with the fit.

My advice would be, go with a window company that makes good after they’ve finished and has it written into the contract rather than one that just takes responsibility for the window.

From 1st contact to finished job was very easy and professional. The team installing were courteous and respectful. We love our new replacement glass roof fitted by Gary's team. Our conservatory is just how he said it would be, warmer, more usable throughout the year and much quieter in the rain. Thank you.
