Ordered an advent calendar on 10th Nov, paid £29.98 & heard nothing despite numerous emails from me to them. They eventually emailed a generic reply on 19th with a link to a tracking site but provided no tracking number. I have raised the issue with Klarna as they should not be affiliated with this site.

*UPDATE* Ordered & paid 30 days ago & still no advent calendar...

No emails, no contact, no advent calendar. Scammed out of my money but with nothing to show for it. Absolute scam of a site. Wish I had seen these comments before I ordered. Please avoid!!

Ordered advent calendar 12th if November no updates and order status marked as unfulfilled no response from customer service- DO NOT USE

Absolutely shocking, I'm sure it's a scam site. No tracking provided, no updates either. Communication is poor. Currently going through my bank to pull back my money!

Bought a Funko Nightmare Before Christmas advent calendar. Tracking received, but it was very, very slow. When item arrived, I checked it, and found the figures were poorly made, and so badly painted it is tricky to identify some of the characters.
Idearock ask you to pay to return it China (despite there being a UK address on the outer packaging), or they will just refund you 30%. Given that's for a faulty item, it's disgusting. I will never use this company again, and I strongly recommend everyone else avoids it, too.

Terrible !!! Ordered a F1 Advent Calendar and was supposed to get tracking information in a few days. Never got it so opened a case with PayPal, Surprise suddenly tracking Email arrives and a month later the calendar is delivered.
This calendar was expensive and the contents just cheap plastic cars and helmets definitely not worth the money.

Absolutely rubbish F1 calendar. Nothing like what was advertised. Plastic cars not the same as on the advertised calendar. It took 5 weeks to come from the UK.
Some of the cars were broken.
Never use them again. I have asked for a refund. Let's see what happens.

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered the ' A is for alien ' book for my little boy. Ordered on the 7th of September & received today !!! They emailed when I queried there it was, saying basically they'd taken orders & didn't have the stock to fulfil them. I requested a full refund & my messages were ignored. Appalling 'customer service ' and the book is rubbish quality, like a leaflet ? Not a book. No means of returning it. Don't waste your money or time, sham of a ' business ' & pathetic quality for the extortionate price I paid !

If I could give no stars I would!! Disgusting service! 30 day guarantee is total rubbish! They delivered something that was nothing like what was described on the site when I ordered it and it was well within the 30 days and they wouldn’t refund me! They said the best they could do was give me 30% of my money back! Absolutely disgraceful! DO NOT EVER USE THEY ARE LIARS

I was scared after reading the reviews as I ordered Formula 1 advent calendar. Had to raise a claim with Paypal and item was immediately dispatched and arrived after 30 days since placing the order. The only problem was it was very badly packed, half of the advent calendar boxes were opened so not sure if we are still able to use it still (will try and think of some solutions to make it look like new). Overall, too much hassle but I cannot complain too much as the item was delivered. If you want something, pay by paypal and you should be fine.

Complete scam. Never got the item. Raised a case with PayPal to get my money back and they told me to wait as they had suddenly dispatched it once a case was made. They made the process drawn out enough that PayPal closed the case as too much time has passed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMPLETE SCAM!

Scammed out of money for an item that never arrived! I've emailed several times with no response! As everyone else is saying please avoid at all cost!

Do not use this company,another instagram con,ordered a so called flying cheeping bird for my cat as advertised on instagram(made it look amazing)when it eventually arrived 3 weeks later,doesn’t work properly,biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent in my life,what I can’t believe is that instagram is authorising this con to be advertised,even although the website you order this from is supposed to be uk based it actually comes from china,my advice is don’t order anything advertised on instagram,the reason everything is so cheap is because it’s from China

Ordered paid no goods - no response to emails (5 times) - I’ve been robbed

ordered gnome advent calendar in early september. advert clearly showed and stated 24 12inch plush gnomes inside. waited a few weeks, which was fine. when calendar arrived it contained mostly very small (1-2inches) plastic figures, 2 plush gnomes approx 6inches, and one pretty close to item description. very very disappointed. could have bought the same thing from ebay for half the cost. filled in contact form, still no reply. am going to take it up with paypal. avoid buying this item as it is absolutely not as described.
