Ordered 2 pairs of socks almost 2 weeks ago and still not arrived.
Emails ignored!
The postage ( which wasn’t made clear until I went to pay ) cost as much as the product!
Definitely wouldn’t waste my money on this company again

I ordered 2 packs of suitcase organisers. I then read the reviews and was annoyed with myself for not reading before I ordered and didnt expect them to arrive. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive but they were delivered yesterday. I haven't tried them out yet but they look absolutely fine although they are not as good as the advert. I think they will be really useful for our holiday as we are travelling around the first week then having a week relaxing in another place. I can't speak for anything else Idea Rock sells but I am happy with my purchase.

Do not order anything from this company. It is a scam. Whatever you order never arrives.

Ordered two identical items. One arrived damaged. Very poor quality anyhow and not really representative of picture when ordered. Emailed three times and no response. Avoid at all costs.

wish I could give 0 stars, unfortunately that is not an option so I give 1. I ordered a phone holder for your car and it never came. This website is a complete scam!! Do not order from here.

Absolute rubbish sent item with screws missing. No response to emails. Do not use.

The items I ordered were really poor quality, nothing like the advert.
No communication about a return and refund.
I had to claim through PayPal to get any where.
Really bad experience.

Terrible company fi not but off these people they want closing down. Thank gif I went through PayPal to get my money back, as soon as I ordered I knew I made a mistake do not be fooled by their cheap prices

goods ordered on 27th may, they have never arrived even after 2 emails saying they are with the carrier and giving a reference number that was not recognised.
I have emailed the company 3 times without a reply

Ordered something on 3for 2 offer. They only sent 2 not the free pack as offer.
Did not respond to emails.
This company is not complying with retail laws and should be closed down.

Ordered a ‘You’ve got this’ rock. Never arrived (apparently courier tried to deliver it but couldn’t). I was in all day. No response to numerous chaser emails and no refund received.

i ordered a pet grooming brush, says on the tracking that it was delivered and i never received it, when i checked the tracking number it is not recognised, been onto customer services so just waiting to see what they are going to do

I ordered a bracelet from this company, advertised as bring engraved with Remember I love you forever, also there was to be a memento note in box. Not expensive but was a give for my grandaughter (advertised as such) for doing well in her exams. This arrived with no engraving or note. I have contacted company, their reply was sorry not satisfied with product, don’t offer returns slip, I pay £4.99 postage back to them. False advertising should not be allowed

Scammers I ordered a hat weeks ago have been given a fake hermes teacking number only 13 digits instead of 16 ive had had no help with tracking it or a refund I've sent multiple emails all of which have been ignored don't waste your money

I have just received my order from Idearock. It took a long time to arrive and there was no communication from the company. I am however pleased with the items received. Just hang in there, if your patient your items will arrive.

First of all, my order took an age to arrive. Secondly, when I emailed them to ask where my order was and to tell them that the tracking number didn't work, no one responded. I emailed them again, still no one responded. I do now have the item (a strapless bra) which is severely poor in quality. I will never shop here again.

These scammers have taken my money for a resin heart and I never received the item!
They give out false order confirmation and tracking and don’t respond to emails. Instagram should not allow them on their platform !!!
Please don’t order from them!
