Everything was fine until we reached the point where they needed to refund the money I paid (I returned the shoes because they were too small for me, and I didn't buy a bigger size, but requested a refund).
Since then, no one has answered the phone, responded to my email, or refunded my money!
A very bad experience, to be honest!

It’s scam! Do not order from this website. Pay attention that all the good reviews are very short, not descriptive. The shoes arrived afrer one month, but the quality is terrible. You can see the glue on the edges, and the heel is very unstable. Definitely not worth the money.

Worst company ever. Late delivery without informing the customer, and you need to pay for the shipping and tax. Their customer service is very rude and unhelpful. And if the size doesn’t fit and you need to return it, you will have to pay for the shipping, tax, and duty again, and the shipping fee ends up being similar to the price of the shoes themselves. But what’s the point of buying a secondary brand and not the official designer brand if the cost isn’t that much lower at the end?

They sent me a UPS label and then immediately canceled it. I emailed them several times, and they just kept saying, “You need to wait.” Thankfully, thanks to PayPal, I was able to file a complaint and get my money back. Do not pay by credit card. Needed tk exchange. After an impossible search to find the information to start the exchange I emailed SIX times for customer service help.

Finally only reply was an automated email sort of directing me to a spot on their website. After starting the exchange, there was no way to contact them to obtain a mailing label. They

I initially thought this company had great customer service — when the first pair of shoes I ordered didn’t fit, they were quick and helpful in sending a replacement in time for an event I had. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that.

I returned the original pair of shoes over a month ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. The parcel got stuck in the postal system, and instead of taking responsibility, the company simply told me there’s nothing they can do because “another carrier cannot intervene.”

Their “solution” was that I should recall the parcel myself, have it sent back to me, and then pay again to ship it with another carrier — at my own cost, which would then be deducted from my refund. This is completely unreasonable. I already paid for the return once, and now I’m expected to spend more time and money just because of their logistics choice.

After being such a satisfied customer at first, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience — all for a simple return. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

They delivered a worn out boot there is a part that is even sticking out and I emailed multiple times they refuse to take any accountability even though I emailed all pictures and I contract it them within 24 hrs of receiving the boot so no way on earth I could have used it to look like this

What can I say... terrible experience. I received a suede pump with a small defect, which I reported... they didn't believe me. They only refunded me a portion of the shipping costs (at most, they should have withheld the shipping costs, but not gone beyond that). I had my lawyer write it... as a matter of principle. They should learn how to treat their customers.
