Bad service. No refund((

Works very well for generating photorealistic images. Would highly recommend if that is your need. Text generation is good but will need careful prompting as this is an image generator not an LLM. Support staff is great and very accommodating. Super pleased with interactions with them!

They refunded me after accidental one year subscription purchase. Very courteous. No scams, or cheap steals. Support teams seems genuinely dedicated to cultivating positive user experiences. I will be returning. Highly recommend.

The images that I can create using ideogram is fantastic!! And very inspiring on what I can do with my own creations. Their communication is very professional and they got back to me when they said they were. Humphrey from customer service was very professional and answered any questions that I may had.

Ideogram is my favorite under-the-radar image generator. Pretty sure it's better than every other model at text generation and design. it's saved me thousands in graphics designers. The support team is amazing. Will continue to use! Thank you

The platform started off great until they released version 2.0. With this version, which btw, is still "learning", they are charging you twice as many credits. So, the moral of the story, they want you to train this model, but they are charging you twice as much; with that being said, they are basically training it at your expense.

I have used many other platforms before, and never have they charged more for a "better" model, especially one that still needs training. My credits are used up so quickly now that it is starting to make me dislike the platform.

At this moment, if I find something better, I will move to that something better because I am not going to pay twice as much on credits to train a model. If it were still the same price, I would not have minded.

They change the free plan each week , i boycott now , nos the free plan is 10 crédit per week , you need 4 crédit To generate a image = you lose 2 crédit each week and you can do just 2 prompt per week .... Loser

Edit, the number of free credits for recurring creators has been restored. Very nice.

I am revising my rating based upon the full refund I was issued. The service itself is good and I have generated several logos through it. The text accuracy is better than most AI image generation services I have tried. I would use again as a monhtly subscription. Thank you.

So I see a charge go through for a yearly subscription which I was not expecting. I received no notice and I accept that it is possible this was something I forgot to monitor and cancel. Honestly, I found the service to be useful but my needs aren't that I would subscibed for a year, perhaps a month at a time when I needed it. I just can't justify spending $300 CDN on such a service and my email to their support line hasn't been answered 2 days later. I have not gotten any response on my Discord post either. This company could have gone a long way on at least acknowledging my post or email. In this day of economic uncertainty raised by the tariffs, we are even more conscious of the dollars we spend. I will accept this hit if I have to but this service has lost any goodwill I felt and I would not recommend them. There are so many AI applications coming out daily that stellar customer support is what will separate you apart and if you can't be bothered to contact this customer, then I will gladly spend my dollars elsewhere. Thank you.

I have used Ideogram multiple times daily to generate pictures for my free Diary entries online. I want to use AI-generated and not real photos of my family and friends. I am a Pro plan user. Therefore, I can make most of my creations private & upload pictures to create "seeds" for my AI-generated content. I have never used the Support or Services, but I have only used it for two months... As I grow, I will talk to the company at some point. Right now, I am enjoying and using Ideogram.AI as a good form of relaxation/creative outlet.

Terrible now. Used to be the best, now not even close to the top. Latest upgrade has terrible realism. Everything looks cut n pasted with sharp edges and cheap looking. I used to have early subscription and started throttling even subscription holders and making them wait in queue for garbage results. Had thousands of followers and one of their very top creators. Don't waste your time there is way better quality and affordability now.

I had problems with my account being deleted for no reason while i am paying for it. They didnt contact me or did anything about it. I have never been told the reason and i cant think of any.

Amazing tool compared to many others that I used, it generates some good realistic images and the pricing is quite affordable eventhough you can perfectly use the free plan comfortably.

The quality, once you get an output is great. text-to-image prompt adherence is about 60%, which is not too bed. BUT, it does take up your credit even for images that are output as "Maybe not safe" - Please, let me be the judge as creator, there was no nudity nothing sexually explicit or anything near that kind. So the guard rails are way too strong to actually make use of ideogram generated images professionally with a high "loss" on credit. To be specific, I was charged for 16 images and got a mere 2 images! Not acceptable and doesn't allow for real AI supported creative designs.

It eats up your credits by delivering subpar and not listening to your commands. Then you get to the free "unlimited" prompts (slower), but then it tells you it's full. It's a scam. I tried it for 3 months and was forced to accept downloads because I either didn't want to waste my coins or have to wait so long in between, neither of which is good!
