Great service, very helpful salesman.

I experienced significant delays and quality issues with my sofa order from Kirim. Initially promised a 4-month delivery but it was delayed almost 6 months. Upon arrival, the sofa was tearing at the bottom, which took additional few months to rectify. Even then, a missing sofa leg was discovered, requiring numerous follow-ups to resolve. At the end, the result of changing the bottom of the sofa caused the material to loosen, and although I asked Kirim to tighten it, he never addressed the issue. Also, despise requesting proper chair heights for my island, they were too tall, despite assurances from the owner to adjust them. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to multiple delays and unresolved issues.

For the first time I bought a sofa online, and I'm glad I did. It was a great convenience. The couch is as high quality as it looks in the picture, and it arrived much more stylish than I expected. It reached me on the promised date without much delay. In the future, when I have any need for my home, the first company that comes to my mind will be Ider Furniture. Kamil and his team were easy to deal with and professional from start to finish. Their brief was complicated as we required bespoke corner sofas in a specific boucle fabric for two very awkward spaces and the results were outstanding. Not only do the sofas look great, they are super comfortable. Delighted.
