It was an amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. I will be honest that I had my concerns before using IDIVIA after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, but the reason for giving IDIVIA a shot (despite I had several other European sites to buy from) was the replies from the customer support to some of the reviews showing that they are legit and they care addressing the the reviews.
I always look for 3 things buying online. Availability, Price & Delivery, and all three were satisfied in my case.
PS: I used express shipping method for delivery (via DHL)

I received this order today and had to pay 1474 NOK, when order confirmation says a total of 378 NOK included shipping!!!😡
They send the goods as registered mail and set up the price to a three times higher price when I picked the package up at the post office!
This is stealing, and thats illegal!!!
Do not trust this company! Save your self the trouble and money. Support and choose a trustworthy company.

Waste of money! Don’t order from this shop if you live in England and want your item within 10 business days. I ordered my product on the 14th of February and I’m still waiting, can’t get a refund either, customer support is not responding. It’s been 2 months!!!

False advertising
We placed an urgent order for a small item for our baby not available in stores and spent over $30 on (up to) 3 day delivery. On the day we expected to receive it, we were informed that delivery would take 2 weeks.
All other suppliers for this item showed delivery times of 2 weeks, and the only reason we went with Ividia was that they advertised 3 day delivery (despite eing very expensive). Their competitors had transparent information, but they did not.
Exchange with customer service was frustrating and they kept repeating false information, and refused to refund the express delivery costs.
I wish I could give 0 stars.

My experience was amazing it took 2 days to arrive and I got 3 samples and the package smelled amazing. *.*
I order 3 shampoos from apivita, so far I only tried one and the difference in my hair was noticeable with just one wash.
