Great, professional speedy service!
I was put in touch by a friend who had previously used ID Management Systems and recommended their services. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the set up stage was and how efficient this was done. Within 48 hours I had placed my first order and had received my ID cards by the end of the week.

Good Customer Service
The prices were reasonable enough and despite a problem with the dispatch of the ordered items (the problem being that they hadn't been dispatched), as soon as they were made aware that I hadn't yet received the order I had it the next day. Good communication throughout the entire process and pleasant to deal with. Would certainly purchase from them again.

Excellent quality product - colours on wrist band are exactly our brand colours.
The wrist bands are excellent quality. Our logo comes out really clearly and the colours are very accurate. Overall I am really happy :)

Had to buy a badge printer, did not know much about them, these guys explained it all.

Well organised company, quality products
Quite pleased overall.
Pre-sales: excellent via online chat. Gentleman on other side was able to put mind at ease regarding questions and took time to reconfirm with colleagues.
Ordering: Very easy and efficient. I would recommend to register your email as an online account so that you can look up status of your order in real time. I didn't and had to email company which was OK as they were very communicative.
Delivery: took a little longer than expected as we ordered a number of different items which we did not know were not in stock. Delivered securely via overnight service.
Conclusion: quite reliable, good products, well packaged and above all great communication from the company, therefore would not hesitate to recommend again.
