This application has no flexibility for correcting issues and instead forces the user to restart which wastes both the user and the agent’s time.

Identity process with ID Now is a pain

Identity process with ID Now is a real pain. The agents who are responsible for managing identification are very unfriendly and try to cut the call at the earliest with no empathy. In the app from app store, I faced multiple times, there is no option to flip camera to share with the agents. I hope fewer and fewer companies use them, so that I don't have to go through this painful ordeal over and over again.

What a garbage system

What a garbage system. Tried on PC, two browsers, on Androit Tablet, on Samsung S24 Ultra with Wifi and 5G. Just doesn't go throught. What a waste of time. And this is supposed to verify your identity and be secure. Utter garbage.
