I went in as I was having problems with my charging port for my phone. I expected to need a new one. They cleaned it, found something in there and so it did not need replacing. This is the second time they have repaired and cleaned rather than replaced when it turns out it has not been necessary. You can trust them not to oversell. We have used them on many occasions for repairs to our family's iPhones and laptops. They are always kind, efficient and always do an excellent job at a fair price.

Wow this guy knows his stuff excellent. Had issues with my iPhone loudspeaker Aron took it in within two hrs was ready and better than ever. 1st class service and excellent customer service and very sensible price. I will and would highly recommend this company to look after your equipment they know there stuff thanks so glad I found them.

We have used these guys for a number of years and their service is consistently great! Aron recently replaced a battery in my iphone to give it a longer life and helped today with an update issue. Always so calm, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

I contacted Aron regarding a battery replacement for my Macbook as it could not be repaired at Apple. He was prompt & helpful in replying to my request got a replacement in a couple of days & fitted in a couple of hours. Excellent service & 6 month warranty

These guys are totally amazing and I have been using them for years. Nothing is too much trouble and they seem to be able to fix anything. I couldn't recommend them too highly

This is a company of two Apple experts who bring a lot of experience and offer a very personal service for people who may already be computer literate or, like me, know very little about computers and even less about how to correct a fault.
They are quick, very efficient and charge moderate fees They have been keeping my Mac going for the past 10 years whenever a glitch arises or something needs updating. Their premises in Walnut Tree Close have customer parking, which is a useful bonus.

An amazing job on an emergency repair. Brought me in minutes after my Mac was drenched. They popped it open disconnected what needed to be done and immediately proceeded with drying and cleaning. The Mac is just fine due to their professional skills. Cannot say enough about their excellence in service.

Completely smashed phone and in less than half an hour it was fully fixed and brand new. Overall great service and I highly recommend you choose this shop if your device breaks.

Another excellent outcome from my visit to iDoctor. Not sure if my enquiry was entirely appropriate; I thought I had lost all my emails. However, it was all sorted and no charge! One very grateful, relieved customer. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking!!! Been waiting 4 days for a test result. No answer on the phone and the messenger help only replies with “how can I help” then nothing else!!!! Complete scam!!!! Don’t spend your money with these people!!!!!

For 6 years we have been using these guys and today was another example of good quality service with graciousness and generosity. Highly recommend them no matter how minor or major the problem.

Used these guys a few times over past 3 years on our macbooks, great service, very quick, good communication and fixed every time, highly recommended.

These guys are simply fantastic. I had three long chat sessions with Apple and was sent to two service centres and they said my phone was dead. idoctor4u told me what was wrong in two minutes and fixed it during the day. Don't bother with Apple, go to these folks. They were also charming!
