Ordered Six Months Ago, Still Not Fulfilled

Ordered two halters in November, one eventually arrived in January, the second has yet to be received more than six months later.
iDoggos reliably informed me that the second halter was due to be sent out by the 16th of May, it’s now the 13th of June and no further updates have been received.

Don't order from this company unless you want to wait months, or possibly forever

It's a shame this company is so greedy that they keep having these "sales" and then they become so behind you never get your order. I ordered 2 halters back in Dec 2024, and after a few months I received only 1. It's June 2025 now and I am still waiting on the second one. After several emails they keep saying to be patient and it's coming, but come on....this is ridiculous!

6 months and still no order- only excuses received

I ordered from this company December 22 2024. It is now June 2025 and the order has not arrived. I have emailed the company almost 10 times asking for updates and am told my order will ship next each time and that refunds and cancellation is not offered.they often update their Facebook page saying “all orders are currently being processed and will ship next week”. They also have made social media posts with stories about shipping delays, worker strikes, and how they are a small company just trying to get through a large amount of orders and are sorry for delays. They offer a discount on your next order as a way to apologize for the delay however only if your order was full priced not discounted. To me it seems they offered a product at a price too low to sustain and can’t afford to refund.

IDoggos- What's Happened?!

I'm not sure what's happened to this company but it's a shame. Placed an order in 2024 and while it took 6 weeks to arrive, the seller kept me updated and the product is amazing. Placed an order in March of this year as a gift for a friend but has still not arrived and zero communication from the seller despite numerous emails.

Ordered in January - still nothing

Ordered in January, still no head collar and we are in June. I have attempted communication with them on numerous occasions to consistently be palmed off. I have asked for my order to be sent, I have asked for a refund and no reply. At this point it is theft. Total con. DO NOT ORDER. I am so enraged with their customer service I have deliberately created a trust pilot account to warn others

I can't recommend the service to anyone

2 months ago I was told that they would mark my order as urgent. My order still hasn't been shipped and I've been waiting for about half a year. One of my horses has already died while waiting... I have to say that it's such an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an order that I can't recommend the service to anyone.

Do not order from this company

I ordered two halters and two leads January 11. After two messages and emails, I have been ghosted. They will not answer messages, emails, nothing. I could deal with the wait if they could at the very least communicate. I can't speak to the product, it's never shown up. They've just taken my money.

Do not order from this company.
Ordered in November 2024. It is now may 2025 and I have not received the order despite contacting the company multiple times. I have asked for a refund yet keep getting the same sob story from them.

Placed order on March 14th

Placed order on March 14th. Received confirmation email. Wrote on May 6th asking for status. No response. Wrote for status again on May 13th with addl note stating that I will contact cc company for $ reversal if no response within 24 hours. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Worst company

Worst company ! I did the order 6 months ago in November 2024 and we are in May 2025. Stay away from this company, they will steal your money, they give you justifications and prolong the shipments until several months pass and then they ship you, they steal your money.

Needs Shutting Down

Made an order last December and still not received it, just says order unfulfilled. Emailed company a few times over the period of time but get no response. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Don't think I'll ever receive my order nor get a refund

Horrible company that does not deliver!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed order in early January 2025. My credit card was charged at that time and my order has still not been delivered. There was no indication of a delay at the time I ordered. The item was listed as "in stock." They basically use your money to operate on while not delivering the product.

Don’t waste your time or money

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a sham of a company who says there is a 1-2 month back order. Going on 5 months and no product delivered. They’ve stopped responding to any form of communication even after promising I would get shipping info weeks ago.

At this point I highly doubt I’ll ever receive my order and definitely won’t get a refund or response. Avoid this company if you expect to actually get what you’ve paid for. They should be known to all as unprofessional liars.

I love it!

I love the halter I received from iDoggos. Yes, it took a while to arrive but I knew that going in and it was worth the wait. I ordered a red halter in a cob sized for my mom’s Arabian gelding and got a nameplate with it and it’s gorgeous! I have ordered three more for my other horses.
