Very soft, adjustable halters

It did take a long time to get here, but the company and product are legit. The halter is very adjustable and soft, it fits my standardbred really well. I didn't think I would like the leadline, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how soft and easy to hold on to it is. I will probably order more colours in the future.

Trustworthy and excellent products! Worth the wait!

I ordered two halters with nameplates and absolutely LOVE them. They look great and are extremely well made with lots of places to adjust for the perfect fit. Yes- they took a while to come but it was fine because they were upfront in saying it would take a while. I think these bad reviews are from people expecting the timeline and communication of a major commercial retailer- this is a small business so please give them grace. I even made a mistake on my order which they corrected at no charge. Excellent customer service especially given how many orders there are for such a small company. I have recommended these halters to everyone I know! I want to order some dog collars next! I would happily wait a few months again for a halter that can outlive all others being outside in rain, hail, and melting sun. My leather halters look horrible after just a few months so these are worth the wait. 100% a legit company.

Growing old and grey while waiting for an order

Waiting, waiting, waiting, and more waiting. STOP SELLING ITEMS until you FULFILL orders taken MONTHS AGO.

If you see their ad...RUN. Until this company gets their act together, people should STOP ORDERING. People wait MONTHS to get items and ZERO contact/updates from this company unless you troll their social media to wait for posts. There is literally no excuse for this. Simply EMAILING your customers would help.

I ordered a halter in mid October

I ordered a halter in mid October. As of March 6, I have not received it.
I have been to told to be patient.
I should have been told the item was out of stock and been asked if I was willing to wait.
It was paid for at the time of the order.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER - It has been four months and they will not refund my order. They keep giving excuses as to why they haven't sent it out. At one point they said it was shipping that week but that was over a month ago.

DO NOT ORDER !!!

I ordered on the 28th November, my order was never shipped after 4 months. I blew up all their inboxes only to be met with excuses months later (apparently the postal service they use was on strike, then the item I ordered was out of stock 2 months later, even though they were still selling the item on their website), but they have all the time to delete the negative comments on their social posts from people having the same issue!

I ended up disputing through Paypal who refunded me 4 months after my order was never shipped.

They’re a scam site or just terrible at their job, either way if you order you will never receive what you paid for. Save yourself the time and effort of disputing your order.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! I regret not investigating this company further before making a purchase. I made a purchase on 12/09/2024 and my credit card was charged. It has now been 9 weeks of not receiving my product, getting excuses why I haven't (behind on filling orders, postal strike, shipping delay, etc) to now not even getting responses. It is very simple, I give you money, you give me my product or return my money. I have repeatedly asked for a refund only to get no response (and no refund). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disappointing probably a scam

Took almost two months for my package to arrive and when it did all my items weren't even in the package. To add insult to injury the item they labelled as a size pony was more for a shetland.
The product itself however is by sight good quality and the colour is truly beautiful. However, i can not give a thorough review on the longevity as it doesn't fit my pony (who by the way has the same size in every brand i have ever bought)
I have no hope of receiving a refund as the brand has proven to be unreliable from their customer service point of view having spotty replies where it's pot luck if I ever get a reply at all.
I think this brand is a victim of their own success and should take a step back as they clearly can not keep up with the amount of orders they are receiving. And what's more, they keep advertising 70% off which is surely going to deepen their already black hole of backorders they can not keep up with.

I placed an order back on November…

I placed an order back on November 26th, 2024. It was stated that shipping would be 4l2-4 weeks. After that time of not hearing back, I reached out to the company. Was told shipping was delayed in Canada, but they were working hard to get orders out. Now 2 months later and never receiving a shipping update, I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.
Buyer beware, I highly suggest you don't do business with this company.

Like lies and gaslighting? iDoggos may be for you!

Have you ever wanted to be gaslit for months and treated like a bother? Maybe buying a halter from iDoggos is for you!

I ordered on September 19. I had heard shipping could take a while, but their Facebook posts assured me that they were caught up on orders, and their website said packages were going out in 3-5 days. After 5 days, I checked in, and was told that the time had increased to 7-10.

Every few days, they would post that the response to their sales had been so phenomenal that they were working on catching up. (Sales have since increased to 60, and now 75 percent off.) Fine, it's a small company, I understand. They said they had more than 2,000 orders. When asked why they didn't stop paying for sponsored advertising, pause the sales, and not take new orders until the old ones were fulfilled, they said they couldn't. Why? Who knows.

And then the lies upon lies began. There was an issue with their supplier so they were out of some sizes/colors. Something happened to their shipping company. The postal service had all the packages and just needed to scan them. Tracking numbers (which no customers seemed to have) would update as soon as that happened. And, every time, the request to NOT contact them because it just slowed orders down. When angry reacts got too out of control on their posts, they delete and then re-post with new dates. Their friends would comment accusing anxious customers of living in a "now now now" mindset, making customers look like the problem.

When the Canada Post strike happened, they blamed the workers. Every week after the strike ended, they would post an update saying packages would be picked up that Monday and scanned by the end of that week. The same post, with changed dates, for 3 or 4 weeks after.

I finally got my halter, more than 4 months after I ordered it. It's very pretty. 1/10 stars because I did actually receive it.

The product looks nice and had they been up front at ANY point about a realistic timeline, I would have been happy to wait. I like supporting small businesses and I was excited for my halter to come to show off. I also worry about what happens if my halter breaks (they tout that they're breakaway.) I guess I'll have to toss it, because I won't be waiting another 4 months for a replacement piece.

Just simply do not bother… I wish I…

Just simply do not bother… I wish I hadn’t. Honestly hate that I have to give even a 1 star review. I have wanted a waterproof halter for so long, so decided to treat myself to 2 for my boys as they were on a great offer in the Black Friday sale… actually so gutted as I was really looking forward to receiving mine. I completely understand there are delays due to the Canadian postal strike and have been as understanding as possible when sending emails/instagram messages to this company to be left with no reply. I’m sorry but to not even update your customers who spend there hard earned money on your products is disgusting, I couldn’t care less how many emails or messages the owner receives all together, you take your damn time apologising to your PAYING customers. My partner has his own business and he’d never not keep his customers in the loop if something were to go wrong, that’s what good customer service is. This is simply an amazing idea, just in the wrong hands. Shame.

Great products…

Just got my blue halter from this company. So worth the wait! I totally love it! Perfect fit and beautiful. Chaplin looks amazing in it. It took me 3 mounts to get it. The only thing I can complain about is slow response if you email the company about your order.

This company is a scam

I also ordered a halter in October 2024, still haven't arrived, wrote a review on Google, and the supposed owner of the company replied that they shipped my halter, and sent the tracking number to my email, which, no email, no tracking number and still no halter. This company is a scam. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE -- scam company

BUYER BEWARE -- scam company. They take your order send out false shipping information, then tell you that they have delays. Give you a new shipping date -- and guess what -- you still don't get anything. I have been asking for a refund for MONTHS on orders that were placed in AUGUST 2024. Still at the end of the year -- can't get a refund.
