My wife had a puppy
My wife had a puppy, but it died, she had a strong attachment to the animal. She had photos of the animal but I wanted to give her something that would mean a lot. So I sent the photo along with all the information dob,dod and name. I had never seen anything like it before. Don't know how they did it. But a nightlight with all the puppy information on it along with the image of the dog. It took a few days for it to be built and have it shipped, but good things come to those who wait. She said it was better than a new car or cruise pretty much anything. I intend to look at other things that they manufacture and give them as gifts. I'm 63 years old and had never seen anything like that nightlight. Good quality and delicate work couldn't ask for any better.

Do NOT buy the cartoon picture frame
Bought the cartoon picture frame - it wasn't cartooned, it was creepy. Made eyes for all beady, merged two arms into one continuous arm going in a circle around a person, and randomly took the hair of one person and placed it all over the shoulder of another but without leaning it connected to the first person. And for the record, the hair from the first person was never b on the others shoulders in the picture I sent. Worst AI / cut and paste job. Nothing cartooned but the weird eyes and the rest of the picture was mangled parts of each person.

Horrible customer service and…
Horrible customer service and communication. My order was delayed due to production issues, but nobody told me that until I reached out to them. Then they gave me another time estimate, but when I reached out again after that time, they told me the same thing about production issues and said they needed the same amount of time again. I was patient at first, but then it got ridiculous and unprofessional. The customer service team DOES NOT CARE. Horrible company. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! They do not care about your order or their own time commitments. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Awful nothing like what was described a cheap and nasty item . Not at all as advertised
It doesn't look at all to what you advertised to product to be. On your add, the cartoon picture goes outside the frame, which makes it way more interesting and the cartoon face does look fun too. But the frame I received, the picture is "inside" the frame and the eyes of the persons look frightening! So, at 60$ canadian dollars - it is very expensive and I got fooled again by Chinese sellers!

Disappointing
The cartoon picture was disappointing, so much so I could not offer it as the gift intended. Delivery wasn't as expected either. This was a waste of £35 GBP. Product in the trash. Customer service responded but their manner is not great, I expect it may be a translator app which makes it sound harsh. They want a long-winded exchange of emails which I don't have the time or energy for. I resigned myself to the loss and lesson learned about trusting ads on social media.
