A great team and a fast service. I did experience an issue with my replacement screen due to a incompatibility with my Polaroid sunglasses. That’s when the I dropped team impressed me taking immediate ownership of the problem and replacing the screen again at their cost ensuring I had the result I was looking for.

Always a easy process getting items repaired and the work completed is of a high quality with a warranty to backup.

Very Fast and cheap but after replacing my screen, the home button is now loose and jiggles/shakes.

Had to return twice after screen replacement. Initially home button and camera not installed correctly, home button remains problematic. I won't recommend iDroppedit for repair.

My experience of getting the screen fixed was excellent. However I bought 2 glass screen savers and recently opened the second one and it was already cracked. I should have checked them both on purchase.

This was 7 months ago that I bought the battery for my iPhone 6, not recently. Unfortunately, this new battery is actually weaker than my old one. I should not have changed over.
Also, I told the lady who handled the sale TWICE that my name is spelled KWOK and not
KOWK!!!!!!

I replaced the phone screen a few times. Each time it has been fixed, the screen stops working properly not long after. The screen randomly freezes and the only way to use my phone again is to lock and then unlock the screen. In the time that it has taken me to type this message I have had to lock and unlock my phone twice.

Friendly service, and replaced my phone screen straight away for a very reasonable price.
