This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM. I ordered Idrotherapy an recieved a complimetry bottle of Essence of Argan, along with Idrotherapy. I used my card to pay. Within a week I noticed money missing from account. On calling my bank I was told there were 2 seperate transactions of almost 3 hundred dollars. I emailed and call without results. Please don't give your card details. This is a scam.

Scam Scam Scam

Ordered the sample of the Trial Idrotherapy which I paid for using my Mastercard and I received the sample. Also in the package was a bottle of 100% Pure, Organic Moroccan Argan Oil which I didn't order and it smells awful. Within weeks of placing my sample order there was an attempt to debit my Mastercard for an amount of $142.82. Fortunately my banking institution's fraud department blocked this transaction and forwarded me a message to let me know.
Wish I had of taken the time to do the research on idrotherapy.com.
Makes me wonder if Lisa Wilkins, a well known TV personality in Australia is aware that they are using her name and a photo of her to push this product to consumers and then scam them.

This a SCAM

This a SCAM. I bought the Trial and called them immediately to ask them to cancel any further product deliveries. I was told 'Support' doesn't handle these calls. I went on 'Chat' they said I had to call them. I called the Melb number and they said I had to email them. I sent 3 emails, I have now been charged an additional $604.08 and have NOT received any products. I'm on th phone to them again and 'Rachel' went off to find her supervisor. I've been on hold for 17mins so she obviously got lost in their corridors. I'm going to report this to Consumer Affairs. I have had to cancel my credit card to stop them from further taking of my money.

This is a scam

This is a scam. As soon as they have your credit card details, they keep taking money out of your account. No free samples, but instead a huge amount of money taken from your credit card. Customer Service doesn't speak proper English. Not to understand and the phone line keeps dropping out. Avoid this company. Imagine their products if they act like this. You might end up with a disease or worse. STAY AWAY!

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. I agreed for 1 sample product i received 2. I cancelled before the trial period ended and was given two options( 1. To return the product and pay for the shipping and 2. Keep the product and pay $29). I vhose the 2nd option to avoid being charged the whole thing. I spoke to one of their customer service and advised she cancelled my subscription which I don’t think is right when i didn’t sign up for anything but a sample product. I received an email about the cancellation and right away i was charged of AUD$45.05 on my card. I thought that’s fine. Last night, i was surprised that they’ve taken almost $150 from my account again.I called their customer service and was told that the person i spoke to on the phone cancelled only the other product but not the Argan Oil. I was like what on earth? Isn’t this a clear scam? The last person i spoke to promised me to refund my $112 and cancel all my subscription which i will receive in 3-5 business days. We’ll see about that. Very angry here.

Free trial is a scam

Their free trial is not free at all. They will enroll you in their subscription service without your full knowledge. I ended up getting $150 charged on my credit card under a repeating charge. When I called them, they refused to give a full refund insisting they were in the right- even though I had only wanted the "free" sample. The product is oily, it made me break out, and now that I know they are a fraudulent, unethical company, I have no desire to use their product at all. Now I have to be vigilant about repeating charges on my card. Stay away! These people are dishonest and should be investigated!

I signed up for the free sample

I signed up for the free sample. Somehow I ended up with 2. Didn’t object cause it was less than $10. Month later and I’m charged 2 lots of near $150 and 2 weeks later another 2 lots of over $150. Worst thing is I’ve not received anything except the samples and they don’t work anyway. What a scam. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Had to contact the bank and cancel my credit card. Will never do that again

It worked great for me!

I don't know about others but it worked on me. I use it for both the eyes and mouth areas and it really helped to reduce some fine lines but also lifted the skin around the mouth area. I guess everyone is subjective..not all products work 100% on everyone...for me it really worked and I'm super happy with it!

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. They don't send any traceable invoices but just debit your card hundreds of dollars even within the trial period, not that you'd be aware of how and where to send cancellations and their offers of a free trial or free sample are false to begin with.

Total Scam - Beware

Total Scam - Beware of the Terms and Conditions, The free trial is not a free trial you are getting locked into a contract subscription to their product.

When you order a Free Sample hidden in the lengthy Terms and Conditions is a clause saying they will bill you on an ongoing basis.

DON'T ASK FOR A TRIAL OF THE PRODUCTS

Charged my credit card for over $300 worth of product I did not want.

This company is unethical

This company is unethical. I ordered a free trial of Argan oil, but they somehow managed to squeeze in the idrotherapy cream. To make matters worse, I only got to realise that I signed up for a long term contract of product supplies unknowingly, because they did not give me an option to opt for it, but rather, it comes included as one of the ToC's in the email, how tricky! Just don't order the free trial, its a trap

I signed up for a trial of Idrotherapy…

I signed up for a trial of Idrotherapy and I have my first charged for the trial. I called straight away the company and spoke to the CSR. It was well explained the TERMS AND CONDITION. They said they sent me an email for all the necessary information and checked it. Yes, they sent me all the information via email for me to be guided. I admitted to missed reading the TERMS and CONDITION while placing the trial. My negligence for not reading the Terms and Condition is not a valid excuse for me to hate the company. I fully understood what happened. Price aside the Idrotherapy is really good a great anti-aging. I look 10 years young. (LOL) Lucky me that the Hydrotherapy has a Promotion called DAD for $29.99 and I can personalize my cycle billing. I am now enrolled to DAD promotion every 2 months plus they gave me a free gift of Lipgloss. Greate Company with Great products. Wrinkles No More! Best Recommended
