Like others have said, this organisation is untrustworthy and the most unethical I've ever encountered. I had to call them several times to get back the ridiculously high deposit and they demand money... See more

I was really lucky to just apply and get the house. The flat by itself it's not bad, but the administration sucks.

A company not to be trusted...

First of all, Camelot Europe overcharges the teenants. According to the attached court's decision (it can be found in woonifo.nl), every teenant should be refunded the 202.5 euros for my castle costs as well as the 100 euros for the cleaning costs. However, everyone was given back only the 202.5 euros.

In addition, I had to pay a considerable amount of extra money for service costs. When I asked the company for providing proof for the charged consumption, they did not provide any (except from a graph showing the electricity consumption which actually did not make sense as it showed that the consumption was increased 10 times from September onwards).

Finally, last week I left the apartment in which I was living for around 2.5 years. The apartment was furnitured and every month I used to pay about 80 euros for the use of the furnitures. In the checkout, I was charged 115 euros for the chair (the only chair in the room) which was made of leatherette and as it is normal after of 2.5 years of use it had a slight 'use' damage. To be honest, it was just a way to make some extra money.

Taking into consideration all the above cases, it definetely does not worth to rent a property from a company that does not treat fairly the teenants.
