Great Experience
This was my second time to but from ceX and both times the experience was excellent. I visited the Navan branch and I find the staff extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I then ended up purchasing from the website and it was very easy to use and the item arrived within a few days. The camera was in great condition and I bought a 2nd hand Samsung from them too which was also in excellent condition. I’m definitely returning

Extremely poor shipping experience
I am very disappointed with this purchase. It has been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received my item, despite the store being located only an hour away from my home.
The communication has been misleading: I received an email on the first business day saying it was dispatched, but when I contacted support a week later, I was told it was only being posted then. As of today, An Post tracking still shows they haven't even received the package. CeX really needs to improve their delivery system and provide accurate information to customers. This is unacceptable.

First I was sent the wrong phone, which I brought back into the store and was refunded, I ordered again and was sent the right phone, but despite being graded "B" the battery life is very short, meaning the battery is degraded. Poor show all round.
