No body responds to queries raised. its 4 days since i have given the cash and application and still no visa

Beware of these thieves. I applied for 2 oman visas and they charged 69USD each much higher than others. They applied for one visa instead of two and the first one arrived after 3 working days. The second one did not arrive at all even after 10 days and it was time for me to leave. I have a feeling they did not even apply for the second one. Don't go with these guys for any visa. As soon as you fill your application they will call you on WhatsApp to collect payment. Service ends there. We should file a police complaint about them . They don't answer phone and their call centre has no clue what is even going on

They took VISA fees from me for Thailand,Even though they were aware that Tourist VISA was free for Indians. They concealed and cheated the customer. Never trust these people. Book from official sites.

This is the worst place to get a visa for OMAN. Paid $169 to get a fast tracked visa within 8 hours and it has been 3 days with no Visa still. My friend applied 2 day later to get his visa with another company and has already recieved his visa. He paid 50 AED. Customer service is so bad, they just say that is under process with no explanation or confirmation on when it will be completed. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Only realised day before travel I needed a visa for Oman - totally my fault. Found this company to process it and they were superb, the online help was there to assist instantly and guide me through and reassure it could be sorted and even advising the Express service. From submitting at around 10.30pm visa were all sorted by 8am next day. The form was easy to fill in and pay for and great staff. Thank you so much for your excellent service and reassurance.

Impressed with how fast their service is even if I only paid regular service fee. Will recommend this to anyone who plans to get a Saudi E-visa.

I had the need to acquire a Saudi Visitor Visa, reaching out to IE VISA 10 days before travel, I completed the online application, made the publicised payment, and then awaited completion.

Initially I got various emails to say my application was being held pending copy of passport and photo, even though I know I had uploaded them, but I resubmitted photos to get another email asking me to resubmit a clearer passport sized photo that would be used on the visa - so I took new photo and submitted.

I decided to use the online chat to ensure that the photos had been received - to then be told that service was a 48-72 WORKING Hours and that would mean 6-9 working days processing time, to which I asked if there was a way of expediting - was advised could pay another $249 on top of the original £183 I had paid. This would have been almost $500 in total.

What gave the game away was the constant pressure from the online chat agent to complete the payment, asking every 2 minutes or so when I was making the payment? had I made the payment? holding on the online chat and leaving me with the belief I was at risk of not getting my visa in time if I did not pay.

I then went onto Saudi Visa website - visitsaudi.com (should have gone there in the first place) with the intent of trying to see if I could retrieve my application there (which I could not), so started fresh application which i got part way through the process of applying to get an alert that I had a valid visa on my passport so could not complete the application.

After couple of emails back and for with the Visit Saudi team, I have confirmation of my new Visa and am all set to travel (with the original photo I submitted, not the newer one that IE Visa prompted me to upload) - all within 24 hours of submitting the initial request with IE Visa - IE Visa eventually sent me confirmation that the Visa had been granted (the morning after getting it from Visit Saudi), but if I had paid the additional $249 I guess that would have just been swallowed up!

Please be wary of using this service, I am conscious there are many more positive reviews but can only share my own personal experience.

Why are GCC residents been treated different to other applicants?

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET YOUR VISAS THROUGH HERE.
The employees working here have close to ZERO knowledge about Visas. I applied for Visas for 5 of my family members, and they were all rejected with no reasoning. When asked for a refund they stopped replying. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
