On November 16, I ordered a gift for a friend. The money was withdrawn immediately, and the goods are not there and will not be. Emails and phone calls are not answered. Reordered the Argos product. Received the same day. I used an unverified site for the first time and got caught. Read reviews first, don't do like me.

Ordered a toaster four weeks ago. Not received and increasingly obvious it never will be. People refer to them as scammers, they are simply crooks plain and simple. How do the authorities allow them to remain in business?

Bought after shave for my grandson, could not access the site via the link the sent me re confirmation. Decided to read reviews then I have asked for refund 4x over the past 2-3 weeks but received no communication HOWEVER

I ordered some Paul smith on the 8th November, the post office is still saying they are expecting it from the 10th November, had to order it off Amazon as it is a Christmas gift. I placed an order on 19/11/23 - confirmation of order was prompt and provided a RM tracking number which indicated RM was expecting my parcel. This was still the case on 29/11/23 so I e mailed iExclusive requesting an update on my order and as expected, have not had a response. I have checked the tracking again today on the RM website and the message reads 'service unavailable'. Yet another scam company on the internet that manages to extort money from customers then disappear!!

Please read the review posted today from Helen Miller as she has gone down the same route! I have searched extensively and spoken to citizens advice, companies house and my credit card/ bank. Iexclusive ltd state on the ‘about us’ section of their website that they are trading under the name of ‘Auraxpress Ltd’ which is a company who that was dissolved on 22/8/23 according to companies house! My complaint has been escalated to trading standards as citizens advice have had more customer seeking advice re iexclusive. The bank is also following up with their own investigation and I am hoping to recoup my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE this company if you hope to receive what you purchase! Hopefully they will be removed from the online shopping sites as soon as possible as people like myself are being conned every day at the moment on this run up to Christmas.

i exclusive. co. uk has made an application to liquidate (Oct 2023). If you are buying from 'my infinity world, then you also have a problem- it is the same phone number. If you are the owner of any of the above mentioned Companies- take this message as a notice that the Fraud Investigation Unit for Card and Banking scams (just like this one) is on to you at your address which is linked to Companies House (as is your name). (Anyone can access the information)-For everyone else out there, you MUST inform your card issuer, that the Company of 'i exclusive.co.uk' has filed to liquidate- i am so sorry for you all. Poor customer service, ultra slow shipping
Ordered shaver, after 2 days order status changed to shipped.
However, when checking the royal mail tracking, their status page said that they were still awaiting receipt of the item from the seller. So after 10 days of waiting, I emailed the seller to ask for an update. No reply. Next day, I tried calling, but just got the usual all our operators are busy bs. So I emailed again to say I wanted to cancel and would order elsewhere. Still no reply, so I ordered from Amazon. The next day, RM status changed to received. Still can't get through to customer service but thankfully, Amazon customer service is much better, so I've returned that purchase. Do your selves a favour, give iexclusive a wide berth
