Can't put a zero! Do not pay anything to this vile cheating company! Take your money and send nothing. Email them no reply. I rang and left voicemail 12 times and no one gets back to you. This is terrible especially when times are hard and I personally can't get out due to illness so trusted them with ordering some heated rollers for my daughter for Christmas. Gutted as I paid through quick pay so I cannot get my money back. Just wish I'd read the reviews before. 😕

Well, I got caught too. Stupid of me not to check out these reviews. My own fault. I have written two e mails (internal forms) and made two phone calls (hanging on the phone and then told to hang up and go to website). Almost a month now and 55 quid spent, nothing. No confirmation of order or expected delivery. However, instant extraction of funds from my bank account.
Why is it that the police, fraud squad trading authorities or any other such organisation has not taken these charlatans to task? This is tantamount to stealing, deception and fraud and nobody is doing anything about this. Are we powerless? Banks don’t want to know if it’s less than 100 pounds and even then, they will wrap you across the knuckles for not checking out Trust Pilot first.
I note that the company has had several of their fathers pass away recently, maybe it will be mothers next then children. How can they expect us to believe this automated digital drivel that we get sent as a sop to the obvious disappointment and anger that we feel for being duped in the first place.
Those pesky fraudsters are sitting back and laughing at all the bad reviews and tales of woe knowing that they are somehow beyond the law. I would love them to send me my purchase and shame me into saying I was wrong but I doubt it will happen. I am just mightily pissed off and hope that someone with the financial clout can put a stop to them soon.

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered some aftershave. Ordered placed 17 Nov, supposed to be 48 hours tracked. Still not received. Have sent 2 messages on their online message service - no reply. I have phoned customer services, no one answers and you leave your name/number, no one calls back. I'm furious as this is a present.

Same as everyone else, worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a present for my daughters 22st, money taken form back, but no confirmation email or goods received.. parcel tracking number says dispatched but awaiting at Royal Mail, probably never sent. Impossible to get hold of customer services, no answer on phone and no reply’s to online forms. Avoid!!!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. On Royal Mail tracked they’ve never sent them my parcel to deliver it to me. I’ve emailed them multiple and I get no response. Do not buy from this company!!!

They did eventually send my aftershave after about 8wks.
I would not say they're a scam as they did send the goods eventually but, do not expect any communication until goods sent.
Likely a one man band taken on too much.....

Stay away from this website do not buy from here.Scammers.
I ordered an item in November and I have not received this not even a corresponding email or confirmation email regarding the item.
How pathetic to run a business false advertisement .
I am taking the matter further they can't even respond when I leave a comment on their customer page .Absolute Sham.
Claim a Dispute in Payment from your bank if you ever have dealt with this company.

My own fault I didn’t read reviews learnt a lesson there!!
£62 the same as the other reviews nothing! No confirmation, and no goods received. Now going down the fraud route with my credit card company….
Please don’t order from these scammers!

Wish I had read the reviews first. No email of acknowledgement of my order. Have tried to ring several times but nobody answered. I've now asked for my order to be cancelled. Lets see what happens! I will update if I get a response.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered yesterday! £60 just gone done the drain. Same as you guys said rang no answer left VM …. Emailed …. No acknowledgment of order email ….. totally shocking that this can be allowed to happen in this day and age. I was a bit confused that my bank didn’t ask for me to verify the purchase…. It just went through and it doesn’t normally??

This is clearly a scam company, AND the company they use to take payments, Super Payments, who offer you cashback on purchases. Do not buy from IEXCLUSIVE whatsoever!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Received my goods after 2 weeks wait! Can’t complain I did get them eventually although no communication or response via telephone. Poor customer service.

Would give zero stars if possible same as below and ordered at a similar time. Order shows as processing since the 19th Nov. Customer email bounced. Calls don't go through don't have faith the online contact form works believe it to be a scam. Really disappointed ☹️

Where and how i can tracking my order? I tried to send email for seller contact, tried sent to customer support emailing… nothing! I concern this “company” are fake. Just waist my money.

ordered a toaster, should be delivered within a week, money was taken, no toaster delivered, complained via e-mail, no response (yet) .... Seems to be the same story all over the place!
How can this place be shut down?

This is very likely a scam website - I should have read all the comments here before doing anything. I have made a purchase with them in Nov but they did not respond to any of my emails or calls. There is ZERO customer support. No sign that my item has been shipped or will be made ready for shipping. I have reported them to the police and everyone is advised to stay clear of this one.

Update on 15/12: I have now finally received my item after waiting for almost 1 month. I will take back my comments about this being a scam site but I will only advise ordering through them if you don't mind waiting for ages without any news ... ...

This company does not exist. Do not order from them! Company’s house shows them as closed down and they are registered to a delapidated garage in harrow.

Ordered, No order confirmation, Order info included the Royal Mail tracking number, which the shipment status remained item expected for 2 weeks.
Not answering the calls, no response to emails. Of course no items arrived.
