I would give a zero if I could. Placed my order 20th November still not received my item. Tracking number is still saying awaiting parcel. They took the money in seconds. So disgusting that this company are still allowed to con people in this cold hearted way. I have contacted my bank and will hopefully get a refund from from them. I shouldn't think it will be too long before they are stopped but it will be thousands of pounds later and then they will just retrade as a different name. Despicable people with no morals. Hope someone they love gets ripped off in the same way.
I never received the item
I never received this item, the picture that the delivery driver took of the parcel is not even outside my door, its someone else's.
I've tried to call customer services numerous times and haven't been able to get through!

I did E-mail them via their website on 5th December as a reminder, but got no response then either.

Ordered an item. Received no confirmation but on my account it says shipped. Same as many others the RM tracking says awaiting parcel some almost 3 weeks later product stated 3-5 days. Will get refund after 21st Dec from credit card company but still without the gift for Christmas. How can this be allowed.

Took £239.84 off me for my order . Feel totally ripped off . Ordered 4 bottles off 200ml millions of their webpage . I’ve tried ringing them plus emailing them they don’t reply. Do not deal with them they are not to be trusted . Phoned over 100 times I’ve left so many messages . I’d love to find out where they exist to pay a visit the their thieving company site .
Deliveries: Longer than expected.
Like a lot of other people, my order arrived weeks later(5). It was a Philips' men's shaver, but when it didn't arrive in the 3 to 5 days, I couldn't wait, so I ordered one from Argos, which came. I contacted my bank, and they were good enough to give me the balance back, but I can't send the iexclusive shaver back with the worry of them not refunding me, so that I can reimburse my bank, as iexclusive don't seem to answer phone calls or reply to emails, to check first. I couldn't wait any longer for a shaver, but if anyone is buying something else they can wait for, you may want to take the risk of it or them being delivered, weeks later than expected.
Buyers BEWARE!
I should have read the reviews before I made a purchase. I bought a bottle of aftershave and realised the following day that I had received no email confirmation. It does appear that I have also been the victim of a fraudulent website which has been allowed to continue to trade.
Funny I been in the same situation as…
Funny I been in the same situation as others still waiting for my parcel it’s been almost a month now since I ordered online on 12th of Nov. I tried all sort of methods to contact them via email, web chat and phone no answer to any communication. Royal Mail tracking number provided by the firm mentions waiting for the parcel from the sender. Very suspicious I am worried about my payment, hope it’s not a spam.

Just to remind people, if you paid by credit card and you haven’t received your order take it up with your bank. If more people complain they will stop these companies ripping people off
