If I could rate a - 5 star I would
I honestly wished I searched for reviews before paying.Once you make payment, that's it ; no update no mail confirmation, no nothing.Costomer care unreachable and ureaponding.i People received their others after over 1 month for a next day delivery fee.
They are so annoyingly quick to debit your card.its been over a week and i paid for a next day delivery and not 1 update.

Please do not but from them.use this as your cue. They will frustrate you.

Do not touch these guys with a barge pole, ordered 2 Paco Rabanne lady million, priced at 61.10 each, costing me 122.20 , didn't receive any reply or e.mail with any confirmation, automatically thought it was a scam so requested a refund with bank, Low and behold a package turned up today , only 1 item arrived so Im very dissapointed to say the least...... looks like its gunna be an overpayment for one piece and I cannot see the other one turning up, they do not reply to any mails and do not pick up the phone.
So dissapointed I could not get hold of the Robin B to comment, if I had the chance to score them I'd certainly score them as low as a piece of dog poo on my shoes.
Stay well clear people.....

Difficult to believe that there are rogue vendors like this still trading on the internet. Their bankers and suppliers must surely know the score? You place an order based on a maximum 5 day delivery. They take your money immediately and do not provide an order reference or any follow up correspondence hence there is no means of getting into their site to track your goods. Your goods do not arrive and the company is uncontactable by either telephone or email. I suspect that a lack of confirmation email will also make it difficult to obtain a credit card refund but we’ll find out shortly.

Ordered some opium perfume on 6th December but didn’t receive a confirmation email. I immediately smelt a rat and my heart sank. I then looked up the reviews and realised I’d make a huge mistake. Then today, 15th December, it arrived! No one is more surprised and delighted than me. Not a good company to deal with but hopefully more of you will receive your parcels.

Avoid like the plague. This is a scam!!!!!! Paid for goods that didn't arrive. Tried several time a day, for over a week to contact them on the phone but without success. Sent emails but received no response from them. Checked with Companies House and it transpires this company was disolved on 20th June 2017!!!! Reoported to Trading standards, and my bank have put a block on payments to this firm

Ordered soup maker 18 days ok . Never received. Email bounced back unable to deliver . Kept in q for CS 20 mins then cut off . Beginning to think I’ve been scammed !

Avoid buying from this scam of a company
You will not get any goods and they will will just take your money. Phone is never answered

No feedback regarding order, phone number comes up as potential fraud, email site 'not reachable or doesn't exist' impossible to contact, will contact credit card company to do a charge back.

Dreadful. Would rate 0 stars if that were possible. Reiterate previous reviewers…no email confirmation of order, transaction showing immediately on credit card, rang every department repeatedly with no answer (no doubt at great expense on phone bill). Will not wait to see if goods turn up in due course; about to pursue refund via credit card.

This is now a "Spoof" site with no confirmation order e mails issued and non working contact forms an e mail address. Reporting to the authorities for fraudulent activity

How is this website still operating ?!!! Their contact number clearly flags up potential fraud on my mobile. If you try contacting them on their website, it does not work and kicks you out the page. This website is clearly just collecting customers money without posting anyting. The reviews that have received something are clearly fake !!

Order placed for aftershave. Money taken immediately.
No email or text confirmation.
After 2 weeks nothing arrived, so rang company up.
No one on their dedicated team answers but they take pride in their reputation etc etc.
After 4 weeks I contacted my bank who will repay me and attempt to get in touch with the company, so at least I haven't lost my money.
If nothing else it has taught me to read the reviews before buying anything else online.

No items sent after 2weeks said 3-5 days but no emails received after payment & no response to my emails I will contact card issuer for refund

I placed an order for £40 perfume 3 days ago (10/13/2023) and I did not receive a confirmation email, nor did anyone from their 'support team' reach out after contacting them through the website 10 times.

There is no customer support phone number so now I am panicking and contemplating whether or not to report the website for fraud!

Placed an order. Never received a confirmation email or any email for that matter. The time has been and went for the delivery time. Tried to call them and no answer. After a while when calling it asks you to leave a message. Nobody gets back to you. Definitely seems like a scam website so do avoid. Will have to contact my bank for a refund.

Took money immediately from my credit card…within seconds. Order permanently says processing. No option to cancel. Don’t answer phone or emails.
No goods received.
