Pathetic Customer Service
I am a classic case on this instance of ordering an item before reading the reviews of this company ..... if you can call that. Placed an order on 06/12/23 with a projected delivery between 3-5 days. No show up to and including 19/12/23.
Communication is totally blocked out ie multiple telephone calls { very glossy customer service voicemail} but no answer leading to voicemail and asking to leave a message and " We will get back to you as soon as possible"
The internal messaging system does not work despite all correct data input.
Multiple emails to "SALES TEAM" AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.
A Royal Mail tracking number provided but on interrogation," awaiting parcel delivery".
How can a company be allowed to operate with the above credentials.
Back to the credit card provider to seek redress as money has already been collected,
Ordered perfume on 5th December
Ordered perfume on 5th December, Royal Mail tracking states they are still waiting to receive the item and scan into their system!
Should have been delivered 3-5 days - I gave a little extra time due to Black Friday madness but, received absolutely no response to either email, contact via website or telephone messages left (after 12 & 15 minute waits)!

Placed an order on 8th December, stupidly I didn’t take a picture of the order as I just presumed I would get a confirmation order. Still no communication, have phoned every day along with several emails. Have to wait 15 days to claim money back, Do not order from this company.

I did start to worry as I didn’t have tracking info etc. but to my surprise today it has arrived and it’s genuine and defo the best price for the Olympia I ordered. I don’t normally write reviews but there are so many bad ones on here I thought a positive would be good 😊
Rubbish way of operating a business
No email confirmation of purchase when I tried to email to confirm delivery date it’s not working no one answering the phone… should have read reviews before ordering. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate in such a dubious manner.

I should have read the reviews before ordering...... So far, after 2 weeks or ordering (and paying of course!), no product. Nobody answers the phone, the email system doesn't work......... Smells like a scam.....

Ordered Opium perfume on the 7th december, still no perfume has been recieved yet but payment has been taken out. no email and same as everyone else on here does not answer the phone. I am raising a dispute with my bank if this is not received by sat 23rd december for my money back!

Like the rest wish I read the reviews first before purchased. Purchased a Christmas gift on 21/11/23 and still not received. No confirmation email to say it had been dispatched. Tried calling but ringing out. Emails bounce back to say email address not found. No other way to contact. Just have to pray that it’s delivered soon.

I ordered the item on the 21st November and it arrived some 4 weeks later ! Shocking service, never again.
I will be returning the product tomorrow as I needed it as a Christmas present and obtained it next day via Amazon.

I really don't know what to say about this company. Ordered an item, no email confirmation, no communication from the company, the phone number just rings out. It was supposed to be on a 48hr delivery via royal mail. I ordered on 12th November and it has finally arrived 1 month later on 16th December.....never again!!!

Don't buy from this company
Ordered perfume on Nov13th. No acknowledgement, no nothing. Phoned, either got disconnected or answerphone. Credit card statement showed I was billed twice!! Left several messages with all information. Nothing. Emailed them on their site. Nothing. Final message and email was to inform them to cancel order and the matter was now with CC company for fraud.
