Excellent service, great products at great prices. Arrived quickly and in perfect time for Christmas. Would definitely use this company again.

After ordering I didn't receive a confirmation email so I tried to email them but it bounced straight back, I tried ringing them but no answer! I began to worry as the money had been taken from my account. After reading the reviews I thought it was a scam and there was no chance of receiving the item or getting my money back...... Luckily I was wrong, just 5 days after ordering the item has been delivered. I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of communication otherwise it would have been 5.

Like many other reviews here I'm going through the same experience at the minute.... purchase a very expensive perfume for a Christmas present on the 10th Dec ... money transaction has taken place but have received nothing! Sent emails enquiring but have had no response, Customer service i think is non existent

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a bottle of Olympea perfume 3 weeks ago. Haven’t received the order. Emailed 3 times only to be ignored. The website states you will receive the order in 3-5 working days. In the end I made a charge back with my bank for my money back. I feel this company is not even in the UK; if it is then it could possibly be a scamming website…. I would avoid this company like the plague.

After reading previous reviews & experiencing the same no response customer service, I too thought it was a scam but no! My purchase arrived in a week & I am extremely pleased. Thank you Iexclusive 😊

Told we would receive an email confirmation - NO
Receive in 3-5 days - NO
Phoned approx 6 times - NO ANSWER
Left messages - NO REPLY
Emailed - BOUNCES BACK
Although the prices appear to be good do not use them. We are loosing money whilst they make it

Ordered some aftershave mid November, still not arrived. Supposed to be 3-5 day delivery.
They do not answer emails or calls, I have done plenty of both. They have now stopped me accessing my account.
Tracking number provided with Royal Mail just says RM are waiting to get it.
I have asked for a full refund, also ignored.
Should be 0 stars.

Ordered perfume on 4th December, money went out of bank account on 7th and as of 22nd December not yet received. No confirmation email received. Made the mistake of ordering from the cheapest site without reading reviews. No response to voicemail message left or on-line message and they don't answer the phone. Still not sure if it's a scam or just very bad service, but would advise anyone not to order from this company.

Ordered Sun Moon & Stars Perfume on Wed 20th Dec 2023 & it came today 22nd Dec.Very happy as most of the reviews complain about length of time of delivery .

Stay clear of this company, I ordered a bottle of perfume on the 8th of December with a supposed delivery time of 3-5 days, nothing arrived, no order confirmation, can’t get an answer by email or phone, it’s a scam ignore any 5 star reviews about this company they’re just out to rob people, if you have ordered anything from this company forget about receiving your order and contact your bank to raise a dispute about their fraudulent practices!

Avoid - states delivery 3-5 days, not true. Money is taken out of your account straight away. Email bounces back, can’t get through on the phone. No email confirmation to state my order details. Thoroughly disappointed as it’ll miss Christmas now!!

Would of been no stars as my man ordered a perfume 23rd November And has tried phoning 4 times and emailed multiple times an no answer I am now going to trading standards to get this company closed as there taking money of people and not giving the goods we are still awaiting for this company to reply to us and the purchase to arrive WHAT A TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I ordered perfumed on 15th November 23, no confirmation, money taken immediately , on checking my order status it's not recognised., emailed 4 times rang twice, again no response. 5 weeks later I've asked my credit card company to do a charge back, please read the reviews and avoid, I wish I had

Is this even a real company?? No confirmation email when I ordered so no order number, no delivery, no reply to emails or phone calls. Have had to go through my bank for e refund.

Wrong order received i followed the return instructions properly and it cost me £6 to return item despite numerous emails that are never acknowledged and calls that are never answered i still haven't received my refund i would never use that company again or recommend it to anyone . I would have appreciated an answer but to b ignored is just not acceptable the order was returned 17/10/23 so no excuse for no reply.

Recently purchased two Colognes through the website. It never arrived, and nobody responded to my emails. I regret that I didn't check their reviews before trusting them.

Good price & Perfect item when it finally arrived! No order confirmation, no response to 2 emails trying to chase my order. The company should not promise too much in the way of fast delivery and be honest with their customers re delivery time frame. Also need to up their game in the way of customer service. At one point I honestly thought it was a scam through their lack of contact! I possibly would use them again now I know a little bit more about the company.

I ordered an item on the 9th December and it still hadn't arrived . I have sent several messages regarding my order and no response. I called several times and no one picks up to answer. Left message no response. Would not recommend buying from this company

Do not even deserve 1 star very dissatisfied with this company and service well no service but very fast at taking money from my bank just wish I could get my money back but obviously scammed
