Took my money, sent no order details or receipt email. Order never delivered and now emails bounce back and no way to contact. Webpage links don't link.

Do they really exist?
Is this just a big scam?
How are they getting away with it?

My god. My parcel has been all over the North of England. Seems the company is not as bad as the reviews. It's arrived 8 days after due date, Royal Mail are the culprits, now to chase refund for next day delivery. Happy new year not Xmas

Actually 0 stars. AVOID this company they are a scam. Didn't receive item, no email confirmation at time of order. No one answers phone, email address for their customer services just bounces back as unable to send address their online contact form. Charge back started with credit card company.

Cant give 0 stars. Ordered 18/12. paid, no confirmation email. Site states there are issues with their order confirmations but when you try to contact them it also bounces back. I STUPIDLY didn’t use paypal. PLEASE STEER CLEAR. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!

WARNING it’s a complete SCAM, they take your money and send you nothing!! Don’t give them your bank details or send them any money!!

Aftershave ordered, money taken and tracking number given. Never handed over to Royal Mail. No answer to phone, messages, contact form or emails. Absolute scam artists. Avoid at all costs!

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Ordered perfume for my 92 year old Mum for Xmas at beginning of December and still not recieved it. Sent emails and they don’t answer your calls. I am going to take this further in the new year to prevent other people from going through the same thing as this company is fraudulent!

Scam. Ordered and no email confirmation or delivery.
Reading their returns/t&s they're copied and pasted from John Lewis with almost all JL mentions replaced with their own name.
All Ltd companies mentioned have also been dissolved.
Credit card refunded.

Can’t give 0 stars. Ordered on 8th December 3-5 days delivery still hasn’t turned up. Had no email confirmation so can’t track on their site. Have commented on their Facebook and got a message saying they would look into. Have continued to ignore me and delete my comments. Avoid going to go through my credit card company to claim money back. If it seems too good to be true it usually is

I ordered and paid for an item on 10 December. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 working days. I'm still waiting. Emails bounce back as undeliverable, their "contact" form displays an error message when you try to submit a query and their phone number just rings out. I suspect these are a bunch of scammers - and they've had the cheek to promote a Boxing Day sale! Keep your money. I'm reporting them to the fraud department of the police today.

An absolutely abysmal Company.
I ordered perfume from them on the 10th December but did not receive a confirmatory email. I have still not received my perfume.
Despite phoning on several occasions with no one answering, leaving messages on their automated system, writing messages on their website contact system, writing emails which cannot be sent because 'User Unknown' I have had absolutely no reply from them.
At present they have a message on their website stating that they are having IT problems with their email system and are unable to provide any information regarding orders, delivery or tracking.
Sounds suspicious to me or perhaps I'm just being cynical.
To make matters worse, they even have the audacity to take money from my bank account.
I wish that I had read other reviews on this Company. I would NEVER have placed my order.

Deserves zero star rating. Ordered a gift for my husband on the 7th December and Royal Mail tracking status says it’s still waiting for the parcel! Clearly a scam site, wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Email given doesn’t exist, luckily I didn’t spend too much! STEER CLEAR!!!

TINPOT OF A COMPANY…… ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES….. No communication whatsoever. Ordered the wife some perfume for Christmas back in early November never arrived for the big day.

Same issue as many others, ordered on the 11th December 2024, no confirmation email received , but money taken from my account. Emailed and tried to call but no response. Total scam, avoid this website

Stay clear of this company I had to put a star to move on or it would be -5 I ordered and payed for perfume 8th of December and have heard nothing no emails or confirmation at all. They have until 27th December then the bank deals with it so stay clear.

Fabulous item and tracked delivery within 48 hours..was sceptical as reviews are bad. Website now been updated stating technical issues with emails. No complaints
