complete crap! scammers! package has not come !

Ordered perfume for Christmas presents on 8th December
Supposed 3 to 5 days delivery
Well it's now 5th January
No perfume
Can't contact them by phone or email it's a con
Spoke to others who have had the same experience and we are going to see what we can do down the legal route to at least get them closed down I found the site via a Google lead advert, I think Google should vet companies who use them to advertise more thoroughly

No item received, no phone calls answered, no reply to any messages. Obviously a scam company. I wonder if they'll ignore correspondence from the Inland Revenue when I contact them.

ordered perfume for xmas, recieved no confirmation email & nobody answers the phone in any departments offered to me, purchase taken from bank account right away & still no perfume delivery, so advise everybody not to use this company, wish i had paid more for goods on another site

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. As other reviews have stated, they'll take your money straight away, but the item I ordered still hasn't been delivered a month later. A Royal Mail tracking number was generated, but Royal Mail track and trace states they never received the item. Customer Service telephone number doesn't pick-up, and no response to emails. Complete scam. AVOID.

Avoid this so called company at all costs. They are criminals working in plain site. I ordered Eau de toilette and money was taken instantly but I received nothing. I've telephoned them multiple times but they put you on hold and then cut you off after 10 minutes and emails are never replied too. I have reported these people to trading standards and are awaiting outcome.

BEWARE SWINDLERS. I placed an order for mens cologne pre christmas and never received the goods. There telephone number on their site is disconnected. They have not replied to mail sent via their web site. No response or reply from what are obviously swindlers. Taking money from people for goods they have no intention of delivering. BEWARE.

Awful never received can not contact them

The company (if it really exists) are swindlers. We were fooled by the look of the website to our cost. We paid £77.25 for a toaster which didn't arrive. The phone line was 'not available at this time' and emails had no response. We are currently chasing up reimbursement via our Credit Card, but wish we'd never placed our order - and our trust - in these charlatans.

No confirmation of online order, customer service never answered and did not reply to messages, claimed signin details were wrong although details were correct & thereafter account was blocked. ORDERED ITEMS ITEMS HAVE NEVER ARRIVED ie one month later although monies went out of my account immediately.

They need reporting to the police. No confirmation email. No item received and no reply from emails. Will dispute with my card.

Like the majority of people making reviews on IEclusive, I wish I had done more research and read the reviews before buying from them. I believe this to be a fraudulent company. I checked them on the Companies House website. IEclusive was dissolved on the 20 June 2017. If you look at the information about them on the IExclusive website they say that: "iExclusive Established in 2022, Trading as Auraxpress " I checked Auraxpress on Companies House. It was incorporated 18 March 2022, dissolved 22 August 2023. If the good reviews on this site are genuine and to be believed maybe there are several other companies called IExclusive or Auraxpress!

SCAM - Ordered Item much before Christmas. - Still waiting for item in new year.
NO email acknowledgment of order, NO communication whatsoever, NO active customer service, NO response to email or query form on website. NO physical address for the company.
I am not sure who is writing positive responses, probably self, friends and families of scammer.

Zero stars. Like the other genuine reviews on here. Paid my money, they took my money and laughed at us.

SCAM do not order anything. No emails received. Tried to ring no answer. Item never arrived.
I can’t believe they are still trading!!!!!!

I made an order with this company and the alrm bells started when I didn't recieve an order confirmation. I still haven't. It isn't possible to contact this company. They do not answer the phone and there is no address. I was given an order number but everytime I try it on the website it tells me I haven't ordered anything! They have however taken my money! They now have a red dislaimer on their site saying "We are currently facing technical issues with our email system for order confirmation, dispatch system, and tracking information delivery. As a result, these details are not being sent to your mailbox as expected. Our IT team is actively working on resolving this issue. We will send you the confirmation shortly. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time" I wouldn't even give one star but had to in order to write a review.

Ordered 2 bottles of aftershave on the 22nd of November, no confirmation email of purchase, no order number, have tried emailing on several occasions without success, they don't even reply. Shall be starting a dispute in the coming week through my bank., This company should be closed down, if it is a legal company!!!
