If some people did get their order, they are few compared to the amount of others that have been scammed. BEWARE

after i ordered not a good
company. ordered on the 20th December still no goods it keeps saying order is processing I got in touch with my bank got a refund after 3 days

Please do not buy from this site,ordered aftershave more than 4 weeks ago can not get a reply from them not by email or telephone,now in the hands of my bank.

Just to add to my earlier review, item still not recieved from december, contacted my bank lloyds who have refunded my money and was going to get in touch with i exclusive but i doubt they will reply to the bank either

Ordered a kettle 6 Dec , money taken from my account. Never delivered. No-one answers the phone or emails. Seemed genuine, but clearly a scam

Ordered aftershave for my son December 8th 2023 still have not received the item. Have left 5 emails but totally unresponsive. I have now asked for my money back as I have now sourced the item elsewhere. Do not buy from this company it is a scam.

Ordered a month ago and never received and emailed them but say prohibited this site is obviously a scam site!!

I wish i had seen these reviews before placing my order i certainly would not have bothered. I ordered an electric hand help whisk on behalf of my father for my mum as a gift for xmas.
Believing nit to trust anyone by placing the order himself i said i would. Order placed 22.12.23 (before noon as instructed), along with additional payment to guarantee delivery by xmas. Payment was taken immediately by them too.
Checked status of the order to find it to be 'processing' and STILL is! The site no longer allows us to 'live' track the order and phoning and emailing is totally pointless. What disappoints me more was i was unable to get stock of the item elsewhere, leaving me no choice and leading only to this site. DO NOT waste your money or time with these cowboys. Don't make the same mistake as us!

Silly me I forgot to read the reviews for this site before I used them! Ordered some aftershave on the 14/12/2023 it's now the 13/1/2024 and no confirmation email of the order nothing. I've tried calling,emailing and leaving multiple voicemails just to not hear anything back.

Luckily my bank are now disputing the payment as I never received the item so hopefully I will get my money back.

Beware, please read reviews and don’t get ripped off.. I ordered aftershave for my son Christmas present on 17-12-23 & it’s still saying processing! I’ve sent numerous emails and also phoned the contact number but it just kicks you off after 5m.. this company is clearly ripping people off! Absolutely disgusting!. I’m contacting trading standards like everyone should and hopefully get this con outfit close down., I’m going through the process now with my credit card company to try and retrieve my money bk! . Out of pocket and my son received no Xmas present.. these people don’t realise honest hardworking people are struggling!!!..

Avoid this Conpany at all costs still not received my order from the 5th of December send several emails and had no response tried to call customer services and they always cut you of never get to talk to anyone thankfully I have now claimed the money back through my bank! This company needs investigating scamming people for their money

Ordered some aftershave on 10th December as a Christmas present, still showing as being processed. Money taken immediately from my bank. No confirmation. Called customer services 6 times and left voice messages and tried to send emails but bounce back as undelivered. STILL AWAITING MY PARCEL, gonna to sort this out today via my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered hair clipper via website(fake) on the 11/12/2023 full money taken then no confirmation of the order no email nothing. Then after 10 days arrived instead of 5 days. But a dummy fake non working product arrived. Tried contacting customer service no answer they do not answer the phones. They dnt have a valid email address neither. Everything about this company is fake a scam. PLEASE PLEASE CUSTOMERS AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! My bank is dealing with the transaction atm hope i get my money back..

This company is a scam. I ordered x2 perfume bottles in December and still haven’t received them. No confirmation email or anything.

Exactly the same experience as other reviews. - No e-mail confirmation when ordering, perfume did not arrive (ordered mid December), unable to contact on the phone as placed in a queue that is never answered, e-mail query form can't be submitted as an error message 'Administrative error' is received.
LIKE OTHERS, I SUSPECT THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE/COMPANY

Like everyone else on here I ordered Boss shower gel, nothing came. They need reporting to trading standards. Will always check reviews in future.
