They used to be my go to company for coloured contact lenses. I never had any issues until my most recent order. Similarly to other reviews, I had no tracking updates and shipping was so slow. When I finally received it, I was charged over £20 in custom fees. I was shocked considering their website says the tax is covered in the total price paid. When I contacted them, they said:

“Hi,
We are not responsible for custom duty charges or any import tax,
the price excludes the taxes.
Thank you.”

I’ll be looking for a different supplier from now on.

I ordered on May 12, 2024. They never shipped my order and ignored most of my emails for a refund. To this day, they haven't refunded me. Don't waste your money on this scam company.

This company is s scam. Do not touch it.
I ordered lenses from ieyebeauty in September 2024. (I had got lenses from this company before and they arrived within the specified time.) I became worried when there was no update on my order, although I received a receipt and order number. I tried to tack the order but was told there was no record. Numerous queries have been unanswered. I have asked for a refund and received no reply. Absolutely no communication. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Awful costumer service. They ignore your emails for refunds

The company is a scammer , the customer no any response for the refund and the product haven’t delivery ,

I bought 2 pairs of lenses. The delivery to Germany is complicated, it took 10 weeks.

Received my item! Beautiful good quality lenses. Just what I needed.

These website iEyeBeauty.com is a scam!
I made an order there and they NEVER SENT IT.
I ask them MANY times to please cancel it! They DID NOT CANCEL ! Over 1 week later they cancelled and I still have not received my refund!
DO NOT BUY FROM iEyeBeauty.

0 stars they didn't send the contacts. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

scam service. I order 4 boxes of contacts and one of them came opened. the manufacturing date was more than half a year ago.

Contact lenses were received and had the wrong disposal date and ripped the first wear, they offered to send new lenses and offered a refund. I decided to take a refund because the contacts usually come in a vial with a verification code on them and the ones I received did not. They explained that they are not fake but I’d rather be safe.
