For a $400 robot watch stand
For a $400 robot watch stand, I was pretty disappointed that the foam it comes with is too big for my watch. When I emailed and asked for a smaller foam holder, was told sorry - one size fits all and to trim it with scissors. When I trim, it becomes jagged and no longer visually appealing.

Not suitable for a Field Hamilton Watch
The watch pouch did not fit a Hamilton Field Mechanical watch so I’m unable to use it.
As it was a Christmas present and shipped to Australia we missed the 14 days return policy. I asked customer service whether they had an extended return policy for the holiday period but they were unable to offer this (it would have been returned within 30 days of purchase, not delivery) Now I'm left with a very expensive item that I can’t use. As far as the product goes, the quality seems good however I wasn’t impressed with the press stud closing mechanism. I think a magnetic clasp would feel more premium. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company.

Quality service
The service and quality provided by IFL qas fantastic. However, the shipping service, DHL, dropped the package off, and the delivery driver signed for the package and left it out in the open. I was supposed to be the one to sign for the package to ensure it was safely delivered. This is a huge issue because some of these watches are rather expensive and id hate to see someones get stollen because of this.

These are hard cases surrounded by real Saffiano leather, the dual oversized premium zippers are fully isolated from the interior, the finishing and stitching is luxurious, the interior is relaxed, square, and proportioned, the Alcantara feels premium, etc. IFLW was awesome with FAST DHL shipping, premium packaging…the whole experience was top notch. Not a single star to knock here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Buy once, cry once, and never look back.
