Does not refund. I have been writing them for the past few days and still no replies. I cancelled my account, but they still proceeded to charge me. This is a very dangerous practice. They appear to be doing this a lot to other users as well. This is the most dreaded thing that happens when subscribing to any service online. I should have read Trustpilot first before signing up for a trial. I may understand they might be busy so I am still waiting for that refund and would gladly change my review if they do it asap.
Update 8/8/25: The gall of these people to reply only here in Trustpilot and make it look like they are professionals and make it appear we are not checking spam folders. Not once, until now, you replied to my emails in your support. And you still want me to email back to that after no responses.
