Flimsy plastic parts that break easily, replacement parts extremely overpriced. Customer service non existent, can't leave bad reviews on parts on website as they refuse to approve them.

Shocking customer service. Item is supposed to be a genuine replacement part yet doesn't fit. I contacted customer service and LiveChat, including multiple photos. I have yet to have a proper response or resolution. AVOID and visit Amazon instead,

I purchased the: Igloo Maxcold 70.
The lid of this cooler box will not stay fixed to the moulded hinge. I understand the lid is removable but when I open the cooler box I can’t have the lid freestanding as pictured in the images on the website. It falls straight off, I have message customer service asking for help regarding this issue and they at first said yes this is a faulty item to then later say it is not faulty because it is supposed to be removed. I understand the lid can be removed but you are also supposed to be able to open the lid and not have it fall off while you get your food out. It is really a waste of money and my time as the Igloo customer service was at first really good (with a lady named Katriona) until I got passed higher up the chain to a woman named Kirsty! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
