Poor customer service, items not fit for requirements. Unable to send back, which was not reiterated on the original phone conversation.
Recommend using another promotional company in the future, that'll provide you with a better service.

All very easy to sort logo'd products
All very easy to sort logo'd products, but a shame the pricing was quite unclear from telephone conversation. I was quoted £134 but final invoice was £158 by the time set-up cost were duplicated for 2 side and delivery costs added. I wouldn't have ordered at £158!!!

The price was as negotiated and agreed.
Half the order was received ok, but had to chase the other half by both phone and emails, and by the time the order was received it was after the event that the pens were needed for!
