Good choice of products, able to see with logo online to get idea of how the finished product will look before ordering. Once the products have been ordered, proofs are sent, and once accepted the order is processed. Lead times are product dependant, but good communication on order progress throughout. The only issue we have had is that we have had to chase for credit rather than this being automatically applied (hence 4 stars and not 5). Apart from that, great service.

Problems with mis-communication and suppliers being in different countries resulted in a delay in the product being delivered to us on time. Whilst the products are of good quality, the process was quite frustrating.

The goods that I bought were of a high quailty and good value for money.

We placed an order for about 2,000 cotton bags for our partners' event. The one thing that we can give Igo credit for is the quality of the bags, but the service was incredibly poor. After explaining that the bags had to be delivered to the Barbican by a certain date (and being assured that this would happen), the bags arrived 3 days late after the first day of the conference had ended. To add insult to injury... the bags were delivered to our office... not the Barbian. Which meant that our team had to re-deliver the bags to the correct address. While the person that I spoke to throughout this process was very apologetic and did what he could, the poor experience has deterred us from using them again.

After some back and forth, we did manage to get a 45% refund on the bags as well.

Easy to deal with and product exceeded expectations.

Good value, would use again.
